Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I properly guy out my Tundraline tent?

Stake out the 4 triangular guy lines first, then the 2 from the peak, and finally the 2 from the sidewall. Proper guying is crucial for a secure tent, especially in windy conditions.

What should I do to minimize condensation inside the tent?

Leave the windows partially open at night for cross-ventilation. This is especially important in humid or cold conditions.

How do I clean my Tundraline tent?

Set up the tent and wipe it down with a mild soap and lukewarm water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Never use harsh detergents or machine wash/dry it.

What is covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, excluding normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or UV damage.
