Before use read the following instructions carefully. Failure to observe
theses instructions may result in injuries and damage to the device. This
manual should be stored with care. In order to avoid unnecessary errors
and accidents make sure that everyone using the device gets acquainted
with its operation and safety functions. Please keep the manual and make
sure that it is kept with the device in case it is moved or sold so that every
user throughout its use period has appropriate information about the
device’s operation and safety. The device installation should be
performed by qualified personnel. In order to keep life and property
safety observe the safety rules specified in the user manual, as the
manufacturer is not responsible for any damages caused due to
negligence or misuse.

Device description
Counter CC-3 is a modern, fully automated device to keep statistics of
visits the institution. Due to its advanced and latest technology, the
counter CC-3 will satisfy even the most demanding customers. The
extensive functionality allows you to view the results through a web
browser www. In addition, the counter has the ability to send data
directly to a SQL database or to an FTP server at specific intervals. The
result provided by the counter indicates the number of people who
visited the institution , that is, the number of intersections of the barrier
divided into two.

Installation of sensors
Regardless of the type of obstacles mounted infrared sensors should be
mounted at a height not exceeding 130 cm from the ground. Detailed
installation instruction is in the sensors specification that is enclosed with
the meter to the customer.

Firsts steps / start-up
1. The LED shows the access of the counter to the internet
2. LED works in three modes:
a) The LED does not shine /is off/- the database connection
b) The LED is on/shine/ - no database connection
c) LED flashes - faulty counter configuration
3. The LED cut barriers to both wired and wireless
4. LED shows power supply
5. Symbol describing power jack of device
6. Symbol describing the place to connect the barrier wire (RJ12
connector)
7. Symbol describing the place to connect the Ethernet cable (RJ45
connector)
1. Install the selected type of barrier at the chosen place. Follow the
instructions provided by the barrier producer.
2. Connect the sensor /and to the device. Scheme RJ12 plug is in further
user manual (drawing 2).
3. For each meter CC-3 is attached switch. It filters the information sent
by other devices on the network. Switch must be connected between the
control unit CC-3, and Router Ethernet cable (RJ45 jack). Warning! To
switch Do not connect other devices.
4. Connect the power supply (12V DC jack 5.5 / 2.5mm). The device is
ready for use after approximately 90 seconds after power.
5. Make sure that the device has Internet access - LED 4 is on (Drawing 1).
6. Log in to the administrative panel of the router. The password has been
given with the device. In the DHCP locate the address that was assigned to
the device. The device name consists of the word "CC-3 'and is followed
by the ID number of the device.
7. Using a computer that is on the same network as the counter, go to the
configuration panel of the device. To do this, run any Internet browser
(Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and in the address bar, type the IP
address that you read on the point 6. Connection to the device is only
possible after the port ": 8181 eg: 192.168.1.105:8181
8. Read ID number displayed on the home page.
In the appropriate place, enter the password that was given with the
device after purchase.
9. Fill in the "Database Settings" prepared before the data and press
"Submit". The exact description of how to complete all the items is
located in a separate document concerning the configuration database.
10. To save changed settings you have to restart the device using the
"Reboot" button and wait for reboot.

Warning
The device electrical voltage. Before doing any activities connected with
power supply(Wiring, installation of equipment etc.) make sure that the
device is not connected to the electricity network. You must not to take
apart the device. The device should only be used indoors. Protect the
device from moisture, sunlight and temperature changes.
Atmospheric discharges may damage the counter, so during
thunderstorms it should be disconnected from power by unplugging the
power cable. Do not misuse the counter. Use only accessories supplied
with the device. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages
resulting from inappropriate installation of the accessories
Note
The crossed waste bin symbol on the product means that it cannot be
thrown normal waste bins. By segregating the waste for recycling we help
to preserve the natural environment. The user is obliged to hand over the
used up devices to a waste collection point for recycling of waste coming
from electric and electronic devices.
