• Enables efficient nested virtualization usages
with reduced overhead by eliminating majority
of nesting-induced VM exits/entries.

• With VMCS Shadowing, the shadowing structure
is setup by the Root VMM. When the guest VMM
performs VMRead/Vmwrite, CPU will allow guest
