Reality! - RCKsinks Inc.
Welcome to Reality!
Thank you for purchasing our new REALITY DESIGN kitchen sink. Designed for living, we
know that it will enhance your overall kitchen experience.
About Us
The Real Cooking Kitchen sink company was formed with one simple idea in mind:
to provide high quality, practical and functional kitchen products at an affordable price.
Your Reality sink is the net result of four years of effort toward that goal.
After 32 years of real-world experience in kitchen design, the need to incorporate a
dish rack with the sink was obvious. It then took trial and error to arrive at the most
practical and useful proportions for your sink model. At the time of the initial design
phase, no company in the world offered such a product.
Though the finished product is elegantly simple, it took over two years of daily
engineering to fuse the original design with existing manufacturing capabilities.
The unique collaboration by a family of manufacturers, who share our vision of
making quality affordable, is what has enabled us to make the offer of this sink a
We're looking forward to further developing our line of practical kitchen products. If there
is something that you'd like to see in your kitchen, please let us know. Send us an email at: We'd love to hear from you!

Reality Sink Care and Maintenance
Simple attention to your sink’s appearance on a daily basis is often the key to longer life. As with
any product, preventative maintenance on a regular basis will eliminate many potential
problems, which may be compounded over time
Always spray rinse the sink and rack after using.
It is important to thoroughly rinse with clean water the insert holes when removing and
installing the rack feet to avoid buildup or discoloration due to cleaner residue. Once
rinsed, insert the rack. Water will be forced out of the holes. Lift the rack, dry the shelf, and
reset the rack. The remaining water in the holes will then dry.
For Weekly Maintenance
Clean regularly with clean water and/or a mild detergent solution applied with a soft cloth or
sponge. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry after use to clean up any water spots and mineral
deposits on the surface of the sink. Deep clean once a week with an approved cleanser and a soft
cloth or sponge rather than an occasional aggressive single cleaning - be sure to rub in the
direction of the finish lines and grain.

** Fantastik Antibacterial Heavy Duty (for general daily cleaning)

- Scratches
Like most metallic surfaces, stainless sinks will get scratches. These are usage scratches and will
blend in with the overall finish of your sink over time. There are steps that can be taken to reduce
appearance of scratches:
Use a scratch restore product , such as**Siege 63001 Stainless Steel Sink and Cookware Scratch Remover
Follow the direction of the original polish lines to blend out the scratch in a small area. Be
cautious not to overdo the process. A too aggressive procedure will result in a bright spot.
1 Do regular routine cleaning rather than an occasional aggressive single cleaning.
2 Only use propriety brands of cleaners that state “SUITABLE FOR STAINLESS STEEL”.
3 Always rinse and dry as the final step in a cleaning procedure.
4 Do not use coarse abrasive powders, metallic scourers such as steel wool or brushes with
metal bristles.
5 Do not leave standing solutions of chlorine bleach and water in the sink.
6 Do not rub the sink with metal rubbing or scrubbing pad
7 Avoid using bleach or cleaning products with bleach additives, as this will discolor Stainless
Steel. If you do use bleach, be sure to thoroughly rinse the sink with clean water.
