2. Installation
The control unit can be placed anywhere in a
convenient location. However, the radio signals must
reach all the receivers to be controlled. A central
positioning in the area where the receivers are
located is favourable. If necessary, try different
positions to find a place which gives a good
connection.

CredaZone 6 can be used with both batteries (2 pcs
AA 1,5V) and/or external power supply (12VDC). The
lifetime of the batteries is normally 2 years. To
assure operation during a power cut, use batteries in
addition to external power supply. External connector
marked + and - is used for external power supply
(see description below on how to access external
connectors). NB! Ensure correct polarity.
Rechargeable batteries must not be used!
To put in batteries, connect external power supply, or
mount CredaZone 6 on the wall, remove the back
cover by unfastening the screw underneath
CredaZone 6. Install batteries according to figure
below.
Note battery polarity.
The back cover can be mounted on the wall by
means of screws (c/c-distance 60 mm.). Fit the unit
onto the back cover.
Put cover back on and fasten screw.
When the battery indicator
appears in the display,
the batteries should be changed as soon as possible.
All the programmed information is stored during

9. Holiday timer
It is possible to program CredaZone 6 to lower the
temperature when you are away for a certain period
of time, and automatically activate AUTO mode prior
to coming home. The travel timer will work from 1
hour up to 99 days. For example, if you are away for
9 days you can program CredaZone 6 to start
heating the house after 8 days.
The feature is possible when CredaZone 6 is in
AUTO mode. To activate the travel timer press the
button. The display will show 01h, which means
timer is set to 1 hour. By pressing the + or – button
the length of time for the countdown can be modified.
First by hours up to 48h, and then by days up to 99d,
as a maximum time for countdown. When the desired
amount of time is chosen, press the OK button. The
display will then show the temperature which will be
active during the countdown period. Adjust
temperature by pressing the + or – button. Confirm
temperature by pressing OK. The symbol
will be
visible in the display, meaning the travel timer is
activated.
The travel timer can be cancelled by setting the
