・NF3 (nitrogen trifluoride) used in manufacturing processes of TFT-LCD
display has been completely eliminated, also, replacing etching gas SF6
(sulfur hexafluoride).
First in the world to implement COF2 (carbonyl fluoride), which has an
effect on prevention for global warming. (2005).
・ORTUS TECHNOLOGY received jury special award from the Ninth Ozone
Layer Protection/Global Warming Prevention Grand Prix (2006).
