Jacques are the leading Australian manufacturer of world-class IP integrated communication systems, producing elegantly
designed innovative products with exceptional reliability.
Backed by passionate and creative engineers, Jacques design and develop leading edge, cost effective IP communication
products.
VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM
Based on the technology of the highly successful Jacques 650 Series IP Intercom, PA and Control system, the Jacques IP
Video Intercom has no limit* to the number of entrance and monitor stations, allowing swift system expansion with the
flexibility to satisfy every client, every time.
Jacques Video Intercom Systems use standard Ethernet networks to transfer Video, Audio, Data and Power . Our robust,
engineered solution offers reduced installation costs and established interfaces to third party systems such as Access Control,
CCTV, Building/Security Management and Digital Telephony Systems. The Jacques IP Video Intercom gives you the solution
you need, now and into the future.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES
True IP, Digital Technology
This system is based on Ethernet network
standards and TCP/IP protocols, which use
commercially available network equipment and
infrastructure.
High resolution video communications
Clear, full motion colour video images over the IP
network.
Reduced cabling and installation costs
Our systems use standard Ethernet networks and
cabling and operate over copper, fibre or wireless,
which allows easy integration with structured
cabling systems or existing data networks.
Powered Ethernet Support
Data and power are provided over a single 4 pair
CAT-5/CAT-6 data cable to Jacques 650 Series
equipment.

Expandable and flexible system architecture
The Jacques 650 Series System allows an
unlimited* number of intercom stations to be
connected in a fully integrated system.
Weather protected, robust and vandal resistant
Intercom Stations
Years of experience in designing and developing
equipment for the Professional Security Industry
has honed our expertise in creating products that
are ideally suited for installation in extreme
environments.
Crystal clear voice communications
Wide voice bandwidth digital audio, with low
distortion provides high intelligibility which is
essential for public safety & security applications.

SYSTEM FEATURES
Third Party IP CCTV Camera Streams can be
selected and viewed on demand and in real time
via the Jacques IP Video Monitor Station.
Rule based call permissions are configurable for
all intercom stations.
All Jacques Intercom Stations are true IP and
can connect to any point on a TCP/IP network.
Call handling is not limited by physical structure of
cabling connecting intercoms.
Quality of Service (QoS) support for reliable
digital voice communications.
Priority queuing of all calls.
Highly Flexible Intercom System Topology
enables the system to be structured as a mix of
hierarchical and peer to peer call permissions.
Multicast Communication used for efficient
implementation of PA announcements/groups and
auxiliary music channels.
Call activity and systems events recorded to an
event log database for call accounting, incident
reports or fault diagnosis.
Fully supported Third Party Integration via High
Level Interface (HLI) to leading systems such as
CCTV, Access Control, Automation and Building
and Security Management Systems.
SIP Gateway between the IP Video Intercom
System and SIP enabled systems/devices, eg:
VoIP Telephony Systems.
Digital Control Inputs and Dry Contact Relay
Outputs allow the IP Video Intercom System to
interface via low level to activate external
equipment, eg: door and boom gate controllers.
Audio and voice recording outputs are available
for connection to external recording equipment.
