NVIDIA® Quadro® 5000G by PNY Technologies, is an ideal solution for applications requiring unprecedented
levels of immersive realism or interactive visualization that utilize Frame Lock or Genlock functionality to choreograph multi-device film and video environments, or visualization clusters for effects rendering, scientific or engineering use.
Frame Lock synchronizes the display channels from multiple workstations, creating a single «virtual display,» that
can be driven by a multi-system cluster for performance scalability. Using the NVIDIA Quadro 5000G by PNY,
scientists and engineers can now develop scalable, open standards driven, visualization clusters that can dramatically outperform expensive proprietary solutions at a fraction of their cost.
Genlock (also known as «house sync») allows graphics output to be synchronized to an external source, typically
for film and broadcast video applications. Offering 2.5 GB of GDDR5 graphics memory, 352 NVIDIA CUDA™
parallel processing cores and built on the innovative Fermi architecture, the NVIDIA Quadro 5000 by PNY is a
true technological breakthrough delivering ultra-fast performance across a broad range of design, animation and
video applications.
The NVIDIA Quadro 5000 by PNY graphics board significantly raises the bar for high performance visualization
and computation providing Microsoft DirectX 11.0, OpenGL 4.0 and Shader Model 5.0 hardware acceleration
and the ability to drive a variety of display types including: CRTs, Digital Flat Panels, Projectors and HDTVs.
NVIDIA® QUADRO® G-SYNC
NVIDIA Quadro® G-Sync option card enables advanced visualization and collaborative environments. Featuring
frame lock, genlock, and swap lock functionality, Quadro G-Sync solution provides synchronized multi-system and
multi-display arrangements.
Quadro G-Sync card is designed to be combined with a Quadro ultra-high-end professional graphics solution and fits
in any available expansion slot within 6 inches of the Quadro G-Sync connector. All data and power to the Quadro
G-Sync is directly from the Quadro graphics solution.
