Frequently asked questions

Before using the Total Gym Flex, ensure the equipment is fully opened and sitting on a solid, level surface with plenty of clearance on all sides, check that all Hitch Pins are securely in place, the Pulley is attached to the loop on the underside of the glideboard, the Cables are traveling correctly and are securely fastened to Handles, and that the Glideboard is gliding smoothly along the frame.

The Total Gym Flex comes with a variety of accessories, including Wing Attachments, Press Up Bars, Dip Bars, Ab Crunch Boards, and a Leg Pulley Accessory Kit. These accessories allow for a wider range of exercises and workout routines.

To store the Total Gym Flex, first remove all accessories and attachments. Then, remove the Safety Hitch C Pin and Straight Safety Pin from the Vertical Column, ensure the Cable Pulley is attached to the underside of the glideboard for folding, and position your hands on either side of the rail before releasing the Height Adjustment Quick Release Pin. Slowly lower the rails to the ground until they rest on the back crossbar. Release the Spring Loaded Pin, fold the Vertical Column down towards the center of the unit, slide the Glideboard towards the bottom of the unit, and pull the unit up allowing the rollers to bring the back of the unit towards the center until it is completely folded. You can then roll the gym into a closet or store it under a bed.
