System Time & Date Enter programming mode as described above Press 000 and the handset will display Date & Time Set Press enter Change the date settings, then press the AUTO DIAL/STORE key on the handset The key will light up in red and a tone will sound to confirm the settings have been saved Press the down arrow to scroll to time settings and change as needed Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE key on the handset again to save settings Change Extension Names Enter programming mode as described above Press 004 and the handset will display Ext Number Press enter Select the extension number you wish to change the name for Enter the new name using the keys on the handset Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE key on the handset to save Scroll up or down to change more names as needed Program Extension Key Press PROG. Press the key you would like to program. Press 1 on the number pad and enter desired extension number. To save, press AUTO DIAL/STORE. Speed Dial Keys Press PROG. Press the key you would like to program. Press 2 on the number pad and enter 0 (outside line) followed by the phone number. To save, press AUTO DIAL/STORE. Pick Up Incoming Call Go off hook, then dial * 4 0 0 1, or to pick up from another specific ringing extension, dial * 4 1, followed by their extension number. The call will now connect. Group Paging Go off hook, then dial * 3 3 0 1. Begin the announcement after the tone. Forward Extension Go off hook, then dial * 7 1 0 followed by: o 2 for immediate forward o 5 for busy/no answer forward Then enter destination (For example, extension 101, or 0 followed by phone number). Press #. Call Transfer to another Extension During a call, press TRANSFER followed by the extension number you wish to transfer the call to. Wait for the extension to answer, then announce the call, or simply hang up and wait for them to answer. The caller will be on hold until the extension answers. Conference Call During the initial call, press CONF. Select another outside line, then dial a phone number. When the call connects, press CONF again to link the two calls. To add more parties, repeat this process. Place a Call on Hold While on a call, press HOLD. The line key will appear flashing green on your handset and flashing red on any other handset. Last Number Dialling Go off hook and press the REDIAL key. Wait for the call to connect. Call Log Press MENU. Scroll down to Incoming Call Log or Outgoing Call Log. Press enter. Scroll list up or down to check the log. Please note that this feature is only available if installed. Background Music Go off hook and dial * 7 5 1 1 to turn on. Go off hook and dial * 7 5 1 0 to turn off. Do Not Disturb Go off hook and dial * 7 1 0 1 to turn on Do Not Disturb. Go off hook and dial * 7 1 0 0 to turn off Do Not Disturb.
