User’s Guide – Operating Instructions

Sound and performance improvement of USB DACs and other USB devices through AQVOX low noise stabilized power supply, a true low noise linear transformer.

With 95% of all USB devices the USB section of the circuit is being fed with contaminated electric power from the computer via the USB cable. The USB adapter of the AQVOX USB Power Supply cuts off the power flow in the USB connection from the computer and feeds in an ultra clean stabilized power instead.

AQVOX USB Power Supply is suitable for all devices running with 5 Volts and up to 1000mA. Also for many

USB DACs, USB headphone amps, USB to SPDIF converters, USB AD converters, USB Micamps, USB audio interfaces USB, external hard-drives, CD-drives, USB audio devices, UBS bus powered audio devices, USB audio interfaces iPod/iPhone docking stations and so on.

Important Note:

All USB devices without an own dedicated power supply are generally 100% compatible with the AQVOX

USB Power Supply.

Most USB devices which come with their own power supply still need that dedicated power supply in addition, when using the AQVOX USB Power Supply.

Starting Up:

ATTENTION – Please proceed step by step

1. Connect the power supply with the power cord to the wall socket.

2a. USB Adapter Type A (flat): Plug the USB adapter into the computer, then plug your USB cable into the adapter. After that connect the USB cable with the USB device.

2b. USB Adapter Type B (square) : Connect your USB cable with the USB adapter, then plug the adapter to your USB device. After that connect the USB cable with the computer.

Do not open the housing under no circumstances. Danger of electric shock! The connecting cables may be exchanged or modified only by the manufacturer and/or particularly trained service staff. Protect against wetness, dust and strong sun exposure. For indoor use only.
