to expect. With a large range of pre-configured standard installation
products available, large terminals and 84mm mounting centres, this
range is designed for the Australian market.
Standard configurations are available pre-assembled in black and white
colours, with an additional 10 Laminex® coloured surrounds to choose

The new LED downlight is the latest introduction to Clipsal’s expanding
lighting offer. This downlight provides an effective energy efficient
solution without compromising on the light output.
Available in a 60 degree beam angle for installation in general lighting
areas or a 35 degree beam angle for a more focused effect, this
downlight is a direct equivalent for a 50W halogen.
The LED downlights are supplied in a kit which includes the 12W LED

High powered dimming
Clipsal has released several new C-Bus Architectural high-powered
dimmers. Included are the 6 and 3 channel models rated at 20A and
16A per channel. These purpose-designed commercial dimmers are
the perfect platform upon which to build a lighting control strategy,
offering a range of user-friendly dimmers that provide unrivalled flexibility,
integration and energy management.
Clipsal’s range of Architectural dimmers are constructed to the highest
standards and provide a long-term robust and reliable service in
the most demanding environments. They’ve been cleverly designed
without cooling fans or any other moving parts, which eliminates high
maintenance costs and the whisper quiet operation will suit the most
stringent requirements.
Based on modular design, channel cards can be mixed together in a
single dimmer if required, permitting wider flexibility in rating the whole
dimmer. Each channel card has individual overload protection and is
capable of sustaining full fault current. The channel cards also carry an
individual load bypass switch, completely bypassing all electronics and
allowing the load to be forced on.
Flexibility for the installer is the main advantage. You can upgrade the
dimmer installation 'in the field' without disturbing the wiring, minimising
the cost impact of changes and allowing for fast, easy repair if needed.

Cost effective sensor control solution
A new range of C-Bus Occupancy Controllers are now available,
including a new range of wall and ceiling mount motion detectors
based on PIR, ultrasonic and dual PIR/ultrasonic sensing technologies.
The C-Bus Occupancy Controller provides the perfect solution for
occupancy detection in commercial lighting applications.
The C-Bus Occupancy Controller is available in 1 or 2 zone models
and incorporates a 16A relay output per zone for lighting loads. The
controller provides input control from detectors, auxiliary (mechanical)
switches, remote override switches or C-Bus devices.
Timers can be set on the detector, the controller or for more complex
timing options, within C-Bus (Toolkit).

C-Bus wireless battery operated wall switches have been designed

Fan Control Relay
Cool levels of control
The C-Bus Ceiling Sweep Fan Control Relay offers the ability for C-Bus
devices such as wall switches, DLT wall switches and touch screens to
natively change speeds on ceiling sweep fans that regulate their speed
using capacitors.
Housed in a 3-pole DIN rail enclosure, the fan control relay offers the
installer the ability to install the capacitor block supplied within the fan
into the fan control relay unit itself.
The fan control relay is designed to control virtually any 3-speed
capacitor controlled fan. One C-Bus Ceiling Sweep Fan Control Relay is
used per fan.

The C-Bus C-Touch Spectrum Colour Touch Screens provide a touchsensitive colour LCD screen that can display pages of graphical items,
such as buttons, sliders and images, that can perform C-Bus related
functions when pressed.

Also included is a real time clock for automatic scheduling of events, with
the option for the C-Bus Logic Engine and RS232 port for third party
device integration. The touch screen also allows control via an infrared
handheld remote control unit.
