ASSEMBLY PER DRAWINGS - BASE CABINET
1) Place Front Panel (Face Frame) face down in front of you, top of the panel furthest away. Position Side Panel onto
Front Panel matching up “L’s” and “brackets”, seating edge of the side panel into groove of the front panel. Before panel to front panel by tightening “bracket” screws and secure “2-piece clip mechanism” with a set screw.
2) The other Side Pane; repeat procedure given in Step 1 ).
3) Install I-Beams and two wooden countertop corner blocks so as to connect these with left and right side panels all using the screws indicated on the I-Beam’s installation drawing.
4) From the direction of what will be the back of the cabinet, slide the Bottom PaneI into the lower grooves of both
Side Panels until the bottom panel is seated into the lower groove of the Front Panel. Attach Toe Kick Board to both
Side Panels.
5) Attach Back Panel to both Side Panels and Bottom Panel.
6) Complete the installation of I-Beams by fastening the remaining two wooden countertop corner blocks to the inside top of the Back Panel and top rear corners of the left and right Side Panels. Then fasten the rear of each
I-Beam to the underside of its corresponding corner block.
7) Stand cabinet up. Face the open door(s) of the cabinet. Insert 4 plastic shelf supports from the hardware bag into holes in both Side Panels on desired shelf level. Install Shelf.
8) Install Metal Drawer Rails/Glides, right and left, for the Drawer Box. The farther end of each rail/glide attaches to a plastic housing piece, which is itself attached -in pre-bored holes- to the Back Panel of the cabinet by way of
for units using soft-close drawer glides, 3x14 set rail/glide) where a small pilot hole is pre-drilled by the manufacturer into the part of the front panel which faces drawer side panels (right and left).
9) Drawer Box- Names of parts: Drawer Front, aka Header- the drawer part you see at the front of a completed cabinet. Drawer Box Front Panel, Drawer Box Left Side Panel, Drawer Box Right Side
Panel, Drawer Box Back Panel, Drawer Box Bottom Panel. *The assembly of these 5 panels represents the usable part of the drawer box, and is attached- by the assembler- to the Drawer Front, or “Header”, using the correct hardware included and the assembler’s own measuring and alignment skills, assembly techniques and tools. Observe that the inside surfaces of the box front panel, the two box side panels and the box back panel have a groove cut into them which match up and serve to ”frame in” the drawer box bottom panel. Observe that the box front panel and box back panel have countersunk through-holes for set screws that secure these two panels to the the right and left box side panels. Assemble the drawer box and attach the drawer box to the DrawerFront/Header.
10) Attach the included bumpers to the interior corners of door(s) and header(s).
11) Attach completed drawer assembly to the drawer rails or glides, previously installed in the cabinet.

WALL CABINET ASSEMBLY
Notice that unit components (panels) are connected by a “two-piece clip mechanism.” each of which hardware bag.
One piece of the “two-piece clip mechanism” is an “L” shaped part featuring two tapered rectangular protrustions. These parts are usually found tightly fastened to panels. The other piece of the “two-piece clip mechanism” is a bracket (2) with two rectangular shaped holes or “windows”.
This bracket is pre-connected by the manufacturer in a deliberately loose manner and is receptive of the “L” piece and the “L’s” tapered rectangular protrusions (which match up to the brackets rectangular windows).
Apart from the occupied screw holes in the bracket by which the bracket is attached to the panel, there is a single set screw hole near a corner of both windows in the bracket. This set screw hole matches up with a slotted hole in the “L” and allows the assembler to insert a 3x14 set screw from the hardware bag through both pieces of the two·piece clip mechanism and into the wood of the panel.
When assembling units, do not neglect to insert and tighten the set screws after aligning tapered rectangular protrusions in the “Ls” with widows in brackets and tightening each bracket’s two other screws.
seated in groove of (B) before tightening screws of relevant 2-piece clip mechanism. Attach Bottom Panel
(C1) to the opposite end of the same Side Panel (B) in the corresponding way.
2) Seat Back Panel (D) into the long groove of the same Side Panel (B). Fasten to Top Panel (C2) and
through-holes in Back
Panel (D) and
starter holes in the Top and Bottom Panel (C2) and (C1) for these screws. Through-holes
in (C2) and (C1) which align with larger through-holes in (D) are for wall anchors.
3) Position and attach remaining Side Panel (B) to Back Panel (D), Top Panel (C2), and Bottom Panel
(C1), making sure these panels become seated in the appropriate grooves in (B) before tightening screws of 2-piece clip mechanisms.
4) Position and attach Front Panel (A) to both Side Panels (B) and to Top and Bottom Panels (C), making sure these panels become seated in the appropriate grooves in (A) before tightening screws of 2-piece clip mechanisms.
5) Face open door of cabinet. Insert 4 Plastsic Shelf Supports from the hardware bag for each shelf provided into holes in both Side Panels (B) on desired shelf level(s). Install shelf/shelves.
6) Install door bumpers from the hardware bag onto pre-drilled holes at inside corners of door.
