Application Versatility

For General-Purpose Transaction Weighing

Multiple applications

For maximum flexibility, the terminal adds five selectable transaction weighing applications to its simple weighing capability. A vivid graphic display, easy set-up and intuitive on-screen prompting increase productivity through reduced operator training.

Power options

Choose from universal AC power or battery version. The long-life externally chargeable NiMH battery with optional charger provide ultimate portability. The compact battery can power the system for up to 30 hours between charges.

Utilities

User-friendly utilities include print templates with customizable text strings, report view and print, maintenance diagnostics and statistics, password protection and a PC-based file transfer tool.

Connectivity

Two available option slots enable a broad range of connectivity interfaces.

Use serial, USB or Ethernet con nections to exchange application transaction data and ID files using the PC-based file transfer tool.

For simple weighing or for specific basic level applications like over’under checkweighing, inbound/outbound vehicle weighing, peak weight measurement, animal weighing and counting, this terminal provides best-in-class flexibility, performance and operator interface. The terminal includes a large backlit graphic

LCD display, an operator-friendly keypad layout with function, alphanumeric and navigation keys, support for SD memory card and application-specific print templates. These characteristics make it the most versatile general purpose transaction weighing terminal available.

Application Pacs

• Five applications ready for use:

  Animal Weighing: Generates average weight for one animal, or average weight-per-animal for multiples

Counting: Prompts operator through piece counting sequence to help reduce operator errors. Includes accumulation by part ID

Checkweighing: Over/Under operation with clear on-screen status display, can control status lights

Peak Weight Measurement: Displays the peak weight from the current weighing cycle, or maximum, minimum and average peak weight from a multisample weighing cycle

Vehicle Weighing: Permanent or Temporary ID weighing for one- and two-pass operation
