The MeiTrack GT30i is a compact and versatile GPS tracking device that offers a wide range of features for personal and professional use. With its built-in GPS receiver, the GT30i can accurately track your location and transmit it to a central server via GPRS or SMS. This allows you to monitor the device's location in real-time or view historical data through a web-based tracking platform.
The GT30i also supports two-way communication, enabling you to send commands to the device and receive notifications or alerts.

1.1 Device Configuration
The device can be configured either by step 1.1.1 or 1.1.2. Please refer to the user manual of each model for more details.
1.1.1 By SMS Commands

A. Set Tracker (GPRS) ID
SMS Command: W000000,010,S/N
Check the S/N barcode label from the device’s case or PCB. This is the identification number for the device in MS02 and it cannot be changed.
For example, if the S/N reads as 4037828853, the SMS command you need to send as follows,
W000000,010, 4037828853
B. Set APN
SMS Command: W000000,011,APN,APN Username,APN password
Note: if no APN username and password required, leave them blank.
For example, if in China mainland using China Mobile’s SIM card, the SMS command is as follows:
W000000,011,CMNET
If in China mainland using China Union com’s SIM card, the SMS command is as follows:
W000000,011,UNINET
C. Set IP Address and Port
SMS Command: W000000,012, IP address,Port
For example, if you use our sever, the SMS command is as follows:

D. Enable GPRS

XXXXX should be in five digits and in unit of 10 seconds.

Do the GPRS settings in Parameter Editor. Refer to user guide of Parameter Editor for more details.

Check GPRS and select TCP.
Enter the Tracker ID which is the only identification number.
For GT30i/GT60/VT300/VT310/VT400, check the S/N barcode from the device’s case or PCB. If the S/N reads:

For MT80i/MT88/MT90/MVT100/MVT340/MVT380/MVT600/T1, the Tracker ID is tracker’s IMEI which will be shown on Parameter Editor.
Enter APN, APN Username, APN Password. You can leave them blank if no APN username or password is required.

Enter the IP address of the server. Meitrack China Server’s IP: 125.91.12.222, US Server’s IP: 67.203.13.26
Port: the TCP Port of the server to receive GPRS data. The port of Meitrack server is 8500.
Interval: Enter the interval you want the tracker to report to the server.
Then click “Apply” or “Write”.
1.2 Login MS02
Go to the tracking website: http://www1.trackingmate.com
(US server) or http://www.trackingmate.com
(China server)
User ID and Password are issued by Meitrack.

1.3 Add New Device
After Login the system, click “Manage”“Admin”.
Click your user name in the Navigation. At the bottom of the right hand side, there are three options as follows:
Click “Add a New Device” then you can start adding devices to the tracking system.

S/N or IMEI
Device ID: The S/N or IMEI of the device. Device cannot be added if this number is incorrect.
For GT30i/GT60/VT300/VT310/VT400, check the S/N barcode from the device’s case or PCB. If the S/N reads:
4037828853 then please fill this blank with 4037828853
For MT80i/MT88/MT90/MVT100/MVT340/MVT380/MVT600/T1, the Tracker ID is tracker’s IMEI.
Password: The user’s password for sending SMS commands. Default password as follows:
000000 for GT30i, GT60, VT300, VT310 and VT400;
0000 for MT80i, MT88, MT90, MVT100, MVT340, MVT380, MVT600 and T1.
If you’ve changed the password, please use the latest one.
Device Name: This name will be shown in the system. You can name the device by vehicle license number, name of the driver or even company’s name.
SIM Number: The phone number of the SIM card in the device.
Model: The model of the device you would like to add. Please choose the correct model (this is very important).
1.4 Check Status Updates
The updated status of the device is right below the map. Select the device by check the box in the control panel.
And it will show the updates of the device.
When sent commands failed, you can check this updates to see if the devices have sent data to the server.
After adding a new device, you can check this updates to see if the device is online already.

2. System Functions
2.1 System Settings
2.1.1 Language
Click ‘System’ ‘Language’ and select the language as you want. Currently, MS02 offers English, Chinese and
Spanish. The default language is decided by your operating system.
2.1.2 Skin
Click ‘System’ ‘Skin’. Select the color you want for the system interface. MS02 offers blue, purple, black and green skin. The default color is blue.

2.1.3 Time Zone
Click ‘System’ ‘Time Zone’. You can select your local time zone. The default time zone is GMT+8.
2.1.4 Logout
When you want to logout the system, please click ‘system’ and select ‘Logout’.
2.2 Manage
2.2.1 Admin
2.2.1 .1 Add New Device
Click “Manage””Admin” and select the user name which you want to add a new device. Then click ‘Add a new device’.
Note:
There is device number limit for each user. The user is only allowed to add the device numbers less or equal to the limit. As shown below, the user is only allowed to add 10 devices. If you want to exceed the limits of the devices connection please contact us for buying more.
Expiry Date: shows the date your user account will expire. Please contact us for renewal before your account expires.

S/N or IMEI
Device ID: The S/N or IMEI of the device. Device cannot be added if this number is incorrect.
Password: The user’s password for sending SMS commands. Default password as follows:
000000 for GT30i, GT60, VT300, VT310 and VT400;
0000 for MT80i, MT80, MT88, MT90, MVT100, MVT340, MVT380, MVT600 and T1.
Device name: It’s the name of the device shown on the system. For example, car license, driver’s name, company’s name and so on.
SIM Card number: The phone number of the SIM card installed in the device.
Model: The model of the device. The device model must be selected correctly (this is very important).
2.2.1.2 Add Existing Device
Click ‘Admin’ and select the user name under which you want to add an existing device. Then click ‘Add Existing
Device’ to add the device which was added in the system already under the other user name. Multiuser can add a same existing device and monitor it at the same time under the condition that the device’s ID, phone number, and password are open to other users.

Device ID: The S/N or IMEI entered when the device was added.
Password: The user’s password for sending SMS commands. The password must be the same as the one entered when the device was added in the system.
Any one of the number entered incorrectly will cause failure to remove the device.
2.2.2 IO Customized
Click ”Manage””IO Customized”.
The status of the input/output can be defined in is function.
2.2.2.1 Alarm Define
This function is for defining the status change of IO which means inputs and outputs. When the status of IO changed, the alarm will be sent to the tracking system via GPRS.
For example, we can define “SOS/Input 1 Active” as “Send SOS to tracking center”. When SOS button is pressed, the SOS alarm will be sent to the tracking system MS02.
Input 4 can be connected to ACC. When the input is activated, it means “engine is on.” and v ice versa.
Add alarm: click to add and define the alarm. Firstly, select the input you would like to define. Then enter the definition of the IO and click “Save”.

When the IO is activated, the alarm will be shown on the map as below,

Delete alarm: Select the IO definition you would like to delete and click the icon .
Edit: Select the IO definition you would like edit and double click. Select the new IO and enter the new definition. Click “Save” after finished editing.
Refresh: click to refresh the contents.
2.2.2.2 Status Define
This function is for defining the status of input/output ports. This information will be included in the data package sent to the server.
For example, Input 1 is connected to the circuit of engine with a relay.
When the circuit is cut off (input activated), it is defined as “Engine Stop”.
When the circuit is connected (input inactivated), it is defined as “Engine Running”.
Add: click the icon to define a new input.
Select the input which you would like to define. And then enter the name and the definition of the status.
Click “Save” when finished.

When the “Stop Engine” command is sent, the status in the interface of MS02 will show as below,
Delete alarm: Select the input/output definition you would like to delete and click the icon .
Edit: Select the input/output definition you would like edit and double click. Select the input/output and enter the new definition. Then click “Save”.
Refresh: click to refresh the contents.
2.2.2.3 Sensor Define
Sensor define is used for defining calculation formula of the sensor. It is suitable for linear analog sensor. For example, the formula of the calculation of fuel sensor is shown as below,
Add: click the icon and enter the name. Enter the formula of the calculation and select the format.
The result could be in percentage or decimal. And then click “Save”.
Formula: only letters, numbers and symbols allowed. The number of AD will be different. It depends which analog input you connected to the sensor.
Format: Percentage or decimal. Please check out the user manual of the sensor.
After adding the formula, the status on the main interface will show as below,

The results of the sensors’ calculation can be found in the “Reports”.
Delete alarm: Select the name of the sensor you would like to delete and click the icon .
Edit: Select the name of the sensor you would like edit and double click. Enter the new name, formula and format. Then Click “Save”.

2.3.1 Alarm Report
Click ‘Reports’ ‘Alarm Report’.

2.3.1.1 Search
You can search reports by the following three ways:
By Device Name: The name used when the device was added in the system. If blank, it will search results for all devices.

By Alarm Type: Select an alarm type to search. If blank, it will search all alarms.
By Time Range: Search by a selected time range.

Please click the Search icon to start search according to your requirements. All the results that meet your requirements will be shown as below.

Click the Excel icon on the right side of the toolbar. A window will pop up to ask you if you want to save it as Excel.

2.3.2 History Report
Click ‘Reports’ ‘History Report’.
Select a device and a time range to search the history report for it. The search results are shown as below:
Compare to Alarm Report, History Report has the function to show the history route by clicking the Track Route icon .
This function is to map the history location in a route.

Click ‘Reports’ ‘Speed Chart (Pie Chart)’
Select a device and set the time range and then click ‘OK’ to start search. The pie chart will show the proportion of speed during this period. This report is for monitoring the driver’s driving habit of speeding.

Select a device and set the time range and then click ‘OK’ to start search. The line chart will show the speed during this period. This report is for monitoring the driver’s driving habit of speeding.
2.3.5 Parking Report
Click ‘Reports’ ‘Parking Report’.
Select a device from the drop-down menu and set the time range. Then click “ ” to start search. This report shows the period of time of each parking. When the speed is lower than 10km/h for over 3 minutes, it will be reported as a parking. You can define the parking time with minimum 3 minutes for search.

Select a device and the time range from the drop-down menu. Then click “ ” to start search. This report shows the distance and the average speed between every two parking spots.
Note: The parking spot is decided by the speed. When the speed is lower than 10km/h for over 3 minutes, it will be reported as a parking.
2.3.7 Sensor Report
Click “Reports” “Sensor Report”.
Select a device, sensor name and the time range from the drop-down menu. Then click “ ” to start search.
See below an example of report for fuel sensor.
The calculation of the fuel sensor can be defined in “Manage””IO Customized”.

2.4.1 Manual Location Search
Click ‘Search’ ‘Manual Location Search’.
You can search by two ways:
One is in format of degree/min/sec as location report you received from the tracker by SMS.
The other way is in format of decimal. Enter the data directly.
Click ‘Go’ and the location will be shown on the map.

Click ‘Search’ ‘Get Directions’.
A search window will pop up as below:
Enter the current location and destination and click ‘Search’ to get directions.
The route will be shown on the map. A is current location while B is the destination.

2.4.3 POI Setting
Click ‘Search’ ‘POI’.
POI is used for mapping points of interested.
2.4.3.1 Search POI
Search the POI which has been added before.
Enter the name of the POI and click search icon . All the results will be shown as below:

Before adding a new POI, make target location shown on the map. Click the icon and move the cursor on the target location and then click it. A window pops up as below:
Enter the name for this POI and click ‘Submit’.
After submission succeeds, it will pop up the window as below and show the flag on the map.
2.4.3.3 Move POI
Select the POI you want to move and then click the icon .
Move the cursor to a new location on the map. Click it and enter the name of the new POI. You can either keep the old name or change it into a new name. The old POI will disappear after the new POI is submitted successfully.
2.4.3.4 Delete POI
Select the POI you want to delete and then click the icon to delete it. It will pop up a window to ask you to confirm if you want to continue.

Note: when selecting the POI, you can press ”Ctrl” or “Shift” to select multi- POI’s at the same time.
2.4.3.5 Show Selected POI
Select the POI (one or more) then click to show.
2.4.3.6 Hide POI
Click to hide all the POI on the map.
3.4.3.7 Show All POI When Map Opens
Check the box to show all the POI on the map after login.
Uncheck the box if you do not want to show all the POI on the map.

Save Selection. Record the devices and save it and name it. This selection can be loaded when you want to send commands to same trackers next time. Please write down the name of this selection. You’re required to enter the name manually when you want to load the selection.
Load Selection: Enter the name of the selection which you want to load it.

Alarm Status: It will be blank when there is no alarm. When it shows , it could be SOS alarm, speeding alarm, geo-fence alarm or low battery alarm.
Check Box: Selected; Non-selected. You can select multi devices at the same time.
Device Name: It’s the name entered when adding this device to the system.
Latest Update: The latest time of data that received from the device.
Status: It’s the status of the data transmission. When sending the commands to the device by GPRS, it will show
‘Sending’. If the commands are not received by the device, it will show ‘Not Online’.
Retry: When the GPRS commands are not sent out, you can click “retry” to resend the commands.
2.5.2 Commands
Select a command to be sent to the selected device(s).
For example, GPRS Interval can be set up by sending the command ‘GPRS Interval’. Please make sure the device is

2.6 Status
2.6.1 Status
Double click the device that you selected. The detailed information will be shown in the status tab as follows:
Click the icon on the left side to hide the status and enlarge the map.
2.6.2 Alarm
It shows all the alarms for all the devices.
2.6.3 Updates
It shows the updates of all the devices.
When sent commands failed, you can check this updates to see if the devices sent data to the server.
After added a new device, you can check this update to see if the device is online already.
2.7 Help
Click ‘Help’ in the main menu to get help information.

3. Mobile Tracking
3.1 Mobile Tracking Wap
MS02 Wap version is available for any mobile phones. You can login MS02 on your mobile phone by input the following URL: www1.trackingmate.com/wap
(Note: the mobile phone should support GPRS connection or WiFi function.)
Enter your Login ID and the Password. You can also select a time zone. Click ‘Login’.
Device List: Select a device you want to track or send commands.
Show Location: Click Show Location to show tracker’s address details.
