TIM ROGERS
Owner/Creative Director
ROGER HARVEY
Art Director/Designer
Tim launched Fusion Design Group in 1998 after working for several large ad agencies as a designer
and Art Director. A 1987 graduate of Ferris State University, his unique ability to lead and develop
projects such as print, CD-ROM, product brochures, media kits, web sites and marketing campaigns
have landed him in the middle of million dollar accounts for companies including: Whirlpool,
KitchenAid, John Deere, Microsoft, Honda and many others.Tim’s vision for Fusion has always been
to provide creative and proven solutions supported by in-depth research and support. Tim has
grown Fusion into a full service design studio with a loyal and honest partnership-minded approach.
In addition to Fusion, Tim consults for the graphic industry, teaches digital media production and
beta-tests software for companies such as Adobe and Macromedia.
For over 45 years, Roger has helped lead the creative industry as a graphic designer and
illustrator. He owned and operated RHI Graphic Design, Inc. in Chicago where his client list
included advertising agency’s such as Leo Burnett, Foot Cone & CNA Insurance. Roger has
been extensively published in Vision, American Artist’s Today, Flash Magazine, CHICAIGAO,
The American Institute of Graphic Arts and countless others. He has designed more then 50 record
albums and was for many years on the Chicago chapter’s jury that votes for Grammy Awards in
the category of Album/CD Graphics. He has given workshops, lectured and is also an accomplished
painter and mural artist. Since teaming up with Fusion in 2000, Roger has continued his streak of
awards and leads the creative department with fresh and brilliant ideas.
A graduate of Ferris State University in 2004 with a Bachelors in Visual Design and Web
Media, Chad is a talented web designer with skills in programming, site development, CSS and
animation. Experience with printed collateral includes logos, ads, brochures, direct mail and magazine
layout. Chad brings fresh ideas, added energy and an up-to-the-minute awareness to the constantly
changing world of web enhancement.

Aaron Hager
Flash-multi-media
Obsessed with Flash and the progression of the Internet, Aaron prides himself on keeping up to
date and continuing to learn as much as possible about how to build the best sites. His fascination
with digital began in Seattle where he lived (survived?) the “grunge” movement of irreverent
thinking and long-sleeved flannel shirts. Then he got serious. Enrolled at Full Sail Real World
Education in Winter Park, Florida, (the most advanced school for techies) he blew away the faculty
who awarded him with the highest honors.
Today, Aaron lurks around in web-2.0 which, he feels, has changed the face of the internet and quite
possibly the interactive world as we know it. And, more importantly, going home each day to smiles
and hugs from his wife and three boys who keep his heart warm and his creative mind active.

Skiing can be enjoyed in many ways. At ski areas you may see people using alpine, snowboard,
telemark, cross country or other specialized equipment, such as that used by disabled or other skiers.
Regardless of how you decide to enjoy the slopes, always show courtesy to others and be aware that
there are elements of risk in skiing that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce.
Observe the code listed below and share with the others the responsibility for a great skiing experience.
1. Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
2. People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
3. You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.
