No field calibration required: Precision machined aluminum die-cast fluid chamber
maintains the tight tolerances required for repeatable accuracy. Each meter is individually
tested for performance and accuracy which guarantees precise dispensing regardless of
fluid viscosity, system pressure or changes in outside temperature.

Meter housing: unique totally encased polycarbonate housing with TP Elastomer over
mold provides superb impact resistance while isolating the electronic register module
(ERC) from the environment which provides an airtight seal with the meter body.

Sealed battery compartment: battery clips are mounted directly on the ERC, no cables for
battery contact, which ensures protection against the environment, impact, or vibrations.

Low power consumption: ERC with auto-sleep function for improved battery life.
•
Trip mode function: resettable totalizer function can operate as an economical, simple
fluid inventory control system.

Non-resettable totalizer function: shows total fluid flow through the meter from day one
and is unaffected by low or dead batteries.

Introducing the new MR (Mechanical Registry)
meter from Balcrank
The Balcrank mechanical-metered control valves have been specifically designed to measure and
dispense fluids using improved technology and innovation. Balcrank manufactures a full range
of rotary-piston mechanical meters, graduated in quarts, gallons or liters to cover the needs of
production lines, filling engines, gear boxes and transmissions; or when dispensing lubricants in
fleet service shops, off-road vehicles, mining, or marine equipment maintenance facilities.
Our line of mechanical meters are well suited for tough jobs and extreme environmental conditions.
ROBUST
• Polycarbonate based integral register housing and single molded pointer knob will
guarantee maximum integrity of the meter against drops and impacts.
• One piece molded register housing gives extra protection against humidity. The
meter is ideal for outdoor use.
• The one-piece molded pointer knob, which encloses a very robust and unique
reset mechanism, is protruding for easy resetting and reading, but is resistant to
impacts.
• The reset mechanism incorporates a safety clutch for integrity and can be turned
backwards without damaging the meter.
• A simple and easy to read dial can be read at any time regardless of the ambient
temperature or in direct sunlight.
• Full metal meter for long life and maximum durability.

FEATURES
The Premium Booster Series High Pressure Control
Handle is designed for use as a standard control
handle and as a “Booster” when extreme pressures are
required. A single shot of lubricant is delivered when
the trigger is pulled from the forward position and then
immediately released. A continuous flow of lubricant
is delivered when the trigger is pulled from the forward
position and held against the body of the handle. When
higher pressures are required, just squeeze or pump
the trigger as needed up to approximately ten times to
increase pressure up to 10,000 psi (689.5 bar).
