B. Test Report
Tests are carried out within one month of delivery under the following condition
1. Ambient Conditions:

2. Capacity Testing
2.1 Standard Charging
0.2C discharge to 1.00V/cell
0.1C charging for 16 hours
Rest for 1 hours
0.2C discharge to 1.00V/cell.
Within 3 charge/discharge cycles, the capacity is no less than 2400mAh .
2.2 High Rate Discharge
0.2C discharge to 1.00V/cell
0.1C charging for 16 hours
Rest for 1 hours
0.5C discharge to 1.00V/cell
Within 3 charge/discharge cycles, the capacity is no less than 104min.
2.3 High Rate Discharge
1C discharge to 1.00V/cell.
1C charging for 72 minutes or
-∆V=5~10mV/cell.
Rest for 1 hours
1C discharge to 1.00V/cell.
Within 3 charging/discharging cycles, the capacity is no less than 49min .
3. Open Circuit Voltage (OCV)
After the battery is fully charged with 0.1C for 16h, within 1 hour, the OCV is greater than
1.25V/cell
4. Internal Impedance
After the battery is fully charged with 0.1 for 16h, within 1 hour, the impedance is not greater
than 45mΩ, as tested by 1000Hz AC source.
5. Charge Retention
The fully charged
(with 0.1C for 16h) battery is held under temperature of 20±2ºC for 28
days, the discharged capacity is no less than 1500mAh .

C. EXTERNAL APPEARANCE
The cell / battery shall be free from cracks, scars, breakage, rust, discoloration,
leakage nor deformation.
D. WARRANTY
1) Nominal capacity of the battery depends on it's performance.
2) All rapid charge methods should be consulted with our engineer.
3) All Ni-MH batteries are delivered with 30% capacity with bulk pack. If our clients need more
capacity when delivery,we will have no responsibility with all safety problems during shipment
and storage.
4) One (1) year limited warranty against workmanship and material defects.

G . Attention
1)
Reverse charging is not acceptable.
2)
Charge before use. The cells / batteries are delivered in an uncharged state.
3)
Do not charge / discharge with more than the specified current.
4)
Do not short circuit the cell / battery. Permanent damage to the cell / battery may result.
5)
Do not incinerate or mutilate the cell /battery.
6)
Do not solder directly to the cell /battery.
7)
The life expectancy may be reduced if the cell / battery is subjected to adverse conditions
like:extreme temperature , deep cycling , excessive overcharge / overdischarge.
8) Store the cell / battery uncharged in a cool dry place. Always discharge batteries before
bulk storage or shipment.
9) For storage of cells/ batteries over one year, in order to prevent the degrading of the
function of cells, cells / batteries should be at least charged and discharged once trimester.
10)
Keep away from children. If swallowed, contact a physician at once.
11)
Air ventilation should be provided in the plastic case of batteries,
otherwise it may have a risk of accumulating gas (oxygen gas, hydrogen gas)
generated inside the cell resulting in explosion triggered by fire sources (motors or
switches). Airtight battery compartments are strongly discouraged.
12)
The batteries comply with Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Direction.
