Product Description
The KBC Decoder is a high-resolution, IP Ethernet ready (LAN/WAN),
digital video decoder. The unit enables D1 digital video to be decoded from an
encoder for display on an analog monitor/DVR. Specifically designed
to meet the increasing need for high quality, reliable, real-time video
applications, the decoder is ideal for retrofit and for new video surveillance
applications. For ultimate flexibility in camera locations, where it is not
feasible to run cable, the decoders can be connected via a Wireless Ethernet
System (or network of Mesh nodes). For end-to-end analog connectivity, the
Decoder should be used with an Encoder.
The units are available in a wall-mount configuration.

• Bi-directional audio
• Supports automatic/manual frame control for accessing concurrent video
streams in different bandwidths via LAN/WAN ports, PPPoE and DDNS
supported
• QoS enabled (Layer 2, Layer 3)
• Digital I/O Alarm ports
• RS-422/485 and 232 user selectable dip switch for serial device
communication or Pan/Tilt/Zoom control
• Compatible with most major camera manufacturers’ data protocols
• Web browser interface for advance operation and viewing
• LED indicators provide quick setup and helpful diagnosis of all important system parameters
