WARNING
Due to reduced ground clearance remove plow Mount Brackets before trail riding.
Do not exceed 5 MPH with the blade or its brackets installed
♦ Periodically check for wear and tightness of all bolts, nuts and
fasteners. Replace or tighten as necessary
All directions referring to the right and the left are when the
operator is sitting on the ATV.

Attaching Bracket Installation Instructions
2004 models may require two
spacers on the left side of the ATV.
Front of ATV
1. Align the spacer plates between the support plate and the attaching bracket.
Secure with two 5/16” x 1-1/2” carriage bolts. Do not fully tighten hardware
at this time. Note: Polaris Sportsman 700 requires two spacer plates on the
RIGHT side of the blade mount. All other models require only one spacer
plate on the RIGHT side of the blade mount.
2. Hang the 5/16” U-bolts over the foot peg brackets. Note: Left side floorboard
bolts may need to be removed temporally to get U-bolts onto frame. Lift the
attaching bracket up to the u-bolts and secure with the provided nylock nuts.
Fully tighten all nuts and bolts.

If manual lift kit #15-0015 is used, choose from the options and
illustrations below for the routing of the lift strap.
Option 1
1.
Route the lift strap through the storage rack of the ATV as shown in two examples
below. Your strap may appear different than the strap shown below.
Option 2
1. Unplug connecting wires for both headlights.
2. Remove the front grill by removing the four bolts.
3. Route the lift strap through the grill support frame as shown in picture below.
4. Reinstall the front grill with the four bolts and reconnect the two headlights.

One Year Limited Warranty
For the period of one (1) year from the purchase date, Cycle Country (a Kolpin Powersports Brand) will replace
for the original purchaser, free of charge, any part or parts found upon examination by Cycle Country
to be defective in material, workmanship, or both.
All transportation costs incurred submitting product to Cycle Country for warranty consideration must be
borne by the purchaser. If Cycle Country determines that the product must be returned to the factory for
credit, please call 1-800-841-2222 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping
instructions.
This warranty does not apply to parts that have been damaged by accident, alteration, abuse, improper
maintenance, normal wear, or other causes beyond the manufacturer’s control. In order to protect you and
your ATV, certain parts of the plow system and/or hardware are designed to fail when the equipment is
over-stressed.
Peripheral products such as engines, electric motors, and actuators may carry an original manufacturer’s
warranty. Please call Cycle Country for more information.
