Bona Dual Edge Floor Sander Operating Manual

Below you will find brief information for Floor Sander Dual Edge. The Bona Dual Edge™ is defined as a steering sander due to its innovative control characteristics. The point of pressure is related to the chosen direction whereby the pressure exerted on one side moves the machine in the same direction. Therefore, the machine moves left and right on the basis of the force and pressure applied to the handles. The machine is designed for the dry sanding of wood floors. It is equipped with two counter-rotating discs, and the thrust of the left disc is counterbalanced by the thrust in the opposite direction exerted by the right disc. The machine is supplied with a dust bag and can be used with optional DCS system. It is recommended to read the manual carefully before starting to use the sander.

Regular maintenance includes vacuuming the sawdust chamber, checking and cleaning the discs, and checking the graphite brushes. The OMNICASTER™ wheel, while self-cleaning, should also be checked regularly for dirt and debris.
