IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUTIONS

READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. The temperature of accessible surfaces may get hot when the appliance is operating especially the metal top area and the warming rack if any.

2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

3. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

4. The appliance is intended to be used in household not for commercial use and similar applications such as :

- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environment;

- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

the oven.

9. Only use utensils that are suitable for use in microwave ovens.

10. When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the

oven due to the possibility of ignition.

11. If smoke is emitted, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed in order to stifle and flames.

12. Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care must be taken when handling the container.

13. The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars shall be stirred or shaken and the temperature checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.

14. Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens since they may explode, even after microwave heating

has ended.Pierce foods with heavy skins such as potatoes, squashes,

apples and chestnuts before cooking.

15. The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed.

16. When cleaning door and oven surfaces use only mild, non-abrasive

soaps or detergents applied with a sponge or soft cloth.

17. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterior-

ation of the surface which could adversely affect the life of the appliance

and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

18. The microwave oven shall not be placed in a cabinet unless it has

been tested in a cabinet.

19. The rear surface of appliances shall be placed against a wall.This appliance

incorporates an earth connection for functional purposes only.

20. WARNING : The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during

use. Care must be taken to avoid touching heating elements.Children

less than 8 years of age shall be kept away unless continuously supe-

rvised.Warning: When the appliance is operated in the combination mode,

children should only use the oven under adult supervision due to the

temperatures generated.

21.Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean

the oven doorglass since they can scratch the surface, which may

result in shattering of the glass.

22. Do not use steam cleaners inside the cavity. Caution! Steam will escape,

when opening lids or wrapping foil.

24.The turntable and turntable ring assembly must always be used in the

oven during cooking.Place the cookware gently on the turntable and handle it carefully to avoid possible breakage.

25. Incorrect use of dish for browning food may cause turntable to break.

26.Use only the specified bag size when using pre-preoared pocorn.

The Oven has several built-in safety switches to ensure that the power remain off when the door is open.Do not tamper with these switches.

with no food or food that is extremely low in moisture can cause fire,

charring or sparking.

Do not cook bacon directly on the turntable.Excessive local heating of the turntable may cause the turntable to break.

42.Remove wire twist-ties and metal handles from paper or plastic containers/ bags before placing them in the oven.

remove the distance holder in the back or on the sides,a it ensures a minimum distance from the wall for air circulation.

There are two minute buttons. One is 10 MIN. another is

1 MIN. Press to enter minutes or weight.

SECOND

There are two second buttons. One is 10 SEC. another is 1 SEC. press to enter seconds or weight.

WEI. DEF.

Use to defrost frozen meat, poultry and seafood by weight.

JET DEF.

Use to defrost foods by time.

MICRO.

Use to set microwave cooking time.

POWER

Use to set microwave cooking power level.

GRILL

Use to set grill cooking time.

COMBINATION 1 & 2

Use to set combination cooking time.

EXPRESS

Use this feature to program the oven for 4 popular microwave timings.

MEMORY

When programming the oven to cook by time, use the

MEMORY pad when setting both the 1st and the 2nd cooking stage. The respective lights will come on to indicate which stage the oven is operating in.

CLOCK

Use to set the time of day or recall the time of day.

PRE-SET

Use to set the oven to start-up at a later time.

START

Touch to start the cooking or defrosting programs.

CANCEL

Touch to cancel the selected power level, cook or defrost times that previously programmed. But the time of day clock cannot be cancelled.

Setting the Clock

Your microwave oven is equipped with a clock, you must set the clock when you first install your oven or after a power failure.

button once, the oven will start to cook with 100% power for 15 sec.

Each additional press the

button will increase the cooking time. The maximum cooking time is 2 mins.

The oven allows the defros ting food based on the weight you entered. The time and defros ting power are adjusted automatically once the weight is programmed. The maximum weights of foods are as below:

Grill Cooking

This function allows food to be cooked and grilled for browning at the same time, and grill cooking is particularly useful for thin slices of meat, steaks, chop, kebabs, and sausages of chicken. It is also suitable for hot sandwiches and gratin dishes. The maximum cooking time is 99:99. A baking plate should be used for cooking.

Combination Cooking

The function allows the food to be cooked and grilled for browning at the same time. Always use microwave safe and oven proof cookware. Glass or ceramic dishes are ideal as they allow the microwaves to penetrate the food evenly. Always use gloves when touching the cookware in the oven, as they will be very hot. The maximum cooking time is 99:99.
