BESCHREIBUNG

Die F 1153 Hi ist als 3-Weg High-Power-Top-

Teil für den aktiven 2-Weg-Betrieb konzipiert.

Das Tuning dieser Hochleistungsbox ist so optimiert, daß auch im Fullrange-Betrieb sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielt werden. ( empfohlene aktive Übergangsfrequenz: 100 - 150 Hz).

Im Baßbereich zwischen 55 Hz und 800 Hz arbeitet ein EVM 15 L Proline OEM Lautsprecher. Der Mittentonbereich oberhalb 800 Hz wird von einem 2” -Treiber DH-6-8A variant angetriebenen 80° x 55° Constant Directivity

Horn übertragen. Der Hochtonbereich ab 7 kHz wird von einem HFT 2508 Schlitzstrahler

übertragen. Die F 1153 Hi ist mit einer passiven Frequenzweiche ausgestattet ( 800 Hz

-12 dB / 7 kHz -18 dB Octave). Jedes

Lautsprecherchassis ist durch Thermoschalter bzw. Halogen Lampenschutz gegen kritische Leistungspegel und kurzzeitige thermische Überlast zuverlässig gesichert.

Das Gehäuse der F 1153 Hi besteht aus

Pappelsperrholz - 15 mm. Alle Gehäuseverbindungen und Verstrebungen sind genutet und verleimt um Eigenresonanzen auf ein

Minimum zu reduzieren. Die Gehäuseoberfläche ist mit extrem strapazierfähigem Nadelfilz schwarz-meliert überzogen. Die Box ist frontseitig durch ein pulverbeschichtetes

Metallgitter und der Akustikschaum-

Frontabdeckung sicher geschützt .

Das Anschlußfeld der F 1153 Hi besitzt zwei 4 pol.

Speakonbuchsen (Input / Output) für sicheren Anschluß und problemloses Weiterschleifen. Die Pinbelegung ist von NORMAL auf SYSTEM umschaltbar. Durch die seitlichen Griffmulden ist ein leichter und sicherer

Transport gewährleistet. 4 großflächige

Gummifüße und eine im Boden versenkte

Hochständerhülse ermöglichen verschiedene Aufbaumögllichkeiten.

DESCRIPTION

The F 1153 Hi is designed as a high-power

3-way system for active 2-way operation. The tuning of this high-power cabinet is optimised in a way that excellent results are obtained also in fullrange operation (recommended active x-over frequency 100-150 Hz). An

EVM 15 L Proline OEM speaker works in the low frequency range between 55 Hz and 800

Hz. The mid frequency range over 800 Hz is transmitted by a 80 x 55 Constant Directivity horn, driven by a 2" compression driver

DH-6-8A. The high frequency range over 7 kHz is radiated by a HFT 2508 slot radiator.

The F 1153 Hi is equipped with a passive crossover (800 Hz -12 dB/7kHz -18 dB/octave). Every loudspeaker chassis is reliably protected against critical power levels and short thermal overload by thermo switches and halogen lamps. The F 1153 Hi cabinet is made of poplar plywood 15 mm. All corner joints and braces are grooved and glued to reduce natural resonances to a minimum.

The cabinet surface is finished in extremely resistant needled black-mottled felt. A powder-coated steel grid and an acoustic foam front protects the speaker front. The connector panel of the F 1153 Hi uses two 4-pole

Speakon connectors (Input/Output) for safe connection and easy chaining to the next loudspeaker. The pin assignment is switchable from NORMAL to SYSTEM. The handle trays on the side guarantee easy and safe transport. 4 large-sized rubber feet and a recessed speaker stand barrel allow various set-ups.

WARRANTY

The factory grants warranty covering all verifiable material and manufacturing faults for a period of 36 months after purchase. Warranty claims will only be upheld if valid, i.e.

fully completed warranty forms, are submitted. This warranty shall not cover damage caused by incorrect or improper operation.

Any claim to warranty shall become null and void in the event of modifications to the equipment being made by third parties or the purchaser himself.
