As a Data Intelligence Analyst, you’ll work closely with our customers to find creative ways to integrate information into a cloud-based infrastructure and to analyze data to uncover insights. • Analyzing external system data structures and recommending/ implementing integration designs with Salesforce. • Designing & implementing enrichment and mastering approaches for Salesforce customer and lead data. • Designing & implementing data integration between Marketing Automation tools and Salesforce. • Conducting analyses on customer data to identify key predictors of activity: From lead management through to forecasting • Building reports and analytical solutions to help customers optimize their business. Requirements • 8+ years’ experience working with customer data, ideally integrated into a CRM system or Data Warehouse environment. • 8+ years’ experience with a Relational Database (MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL) Definite Assets • Managing database servers • Solid experience with an ETL tool, i.e. Informatica PowerCenter • Experience designing master data solutions • Experience with a Marketing Automation tool such as Eloqua or Marketo • Experience with BI tools • Salesforce development If you‘re interested so are we!
