CÉLIANE TECHNICAL GUIDE PLC/IR transmitter lighting scenario switch 672 08 Description MY HOME Legrand lighting scenario switches can be used for: - remote control of the ON/OFF and dimmer functions of the lighting circuits, using MY HOME Legrand power line communication receivers, or radio communication (using the PLC/IR interface), - remote control of two scenarios. A receiver can be operated by up to 32 control transmitters. Operation as transmitter The lighting scenario switch has three control directions: - one ON/OFF and increasing/decreasing dimmer direction, - one scenario 1 and increasing dimmer direction, - one scenario 2 and decreasing dimmer direction, It can control remote switches and remote dimmer switches. Using the lighting scenario switch it is possible to control, with the simple touch of one single scenario key, several MY HOME Legrand devices with different functions. For example: - switch on the sitting room wall lights at a preset brightness level, and change their brightness level, - switch on the ceiling lights of the living room. The ON and OFF keys can be used to control the ON/OFF functions of a set of lighting circuits, as well as to vary their brightness levels, provided that the receivers are dimmers. Important: A lighting scenario switch cannot operate another lighting scenario switch.
