1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year following the date of shipment. If any of the warranted products are found by the manufacturer to be defective, such products will, at the manufacturer’s option, be replaced or repaired at manufacturer’s cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the manufacturer shall be for the repair or replacement of defective products as provided herein, or, at the manufacturer's sole option, the manufacturer may refund the purchase price of the products. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or infringement.
