GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Q 112 is a full-range, 2-way bass reflex loudspeaker system. Equipped with a single neodymium 12” woofer (3” coil) and a 1”
compression driver (1.7” coil) coupled to a constant directivity rotable horn with 80°H x 50°V coverage.
The sound quality and the ratio of performance to size were the main project criteria for Q 112. The outstanding performance of this
speaker depends not only on the use of high quality transducers but also on precise design of passive cx-over. With its controlled
dispersion, low distortion and bass extension, the speaker is perfect in fixed installations or distributed sound reinforcements in night
clubs, pubs, theatres and live performance.
The cabinet is constructed from 18 mm birch polywood finish in a durable and scratch resistant paint. Dual-mode passive filter with
facility for full-range or bi-amp operation with external processing of the signal.
4M10anchoring points for suspended installation and full compatibility with dedicatedmounting hardware.
The connector panel’s have dual Neutrik NL4 speakon for reliable input and loop through connections.

The 2-way full range loudspeaker shall incorporate one 12” LF transducer
and a 1” HF driver.
The HF driver shall be loaded on a rotable constant directivity horn with a
nominal coverage pattern of 80° (H) x 50° (V).
An internal dual-mode passive filter with HF protection shall provide
acoustical crossover and system equalization.
Input panel shall easily change from passive to biamp operation via internal
connector.
System frequency response shall vary no more than +/- 6dB from 48Hz to
18kHzmeasured on axis.
The loudspeaker shall produce a sound pressure level (SPL) of 128.5 dB on
axis at 1 meter.
It shall handle 300 watts of amplifier power long term (AES standard) and
shall have a nominal impedance of 8 ohm.
It shall be constructed of 18mm Baltic birch wood with internal
reinforcement.
Input connectors shall be two NL4 speakon.
The front of loudspeaker shall be covered with a powder-coated perforated
grille with foam.
