Application
The GAT Access 6200, in combination with an external RFID antenna
(Radio Frequency Identification), is the powerful and universal solution for
access control in leisure facilities such as swimming pools, spas and gyms.
Identification of the users is by contact-free RFID data carrier.
The terminal is ideally installed hidden and in the secured area. The
different versions with their different integrated reader types (see order
information) give technological flexibility.

The GAT Access 6200 reads RFID data carriers like member cards,

wristbands or similar and checks their authorisations in order to grant
access to a site or to certain areas of leisure facilities like sauna, bath
etc.. Therefore the user holds the data carrier over the scan field of the
connected RFID antenna. Different types of RFID antennas are available
(see accessories).

Mounting and installation instructions
The GAT Access 6200 can be mounted in arbitrary orientation. For
(optional) wall mounting a wall mounting set is available.
The mounting position should be selected in such a way that the external
parts, e.g. antenna or turnstile, can be connected with minimal cable
expenditure.
