for an additional charge of £35.00 per person per night or
a Tudor Suite for £25.00 per person per night (single supplement applies)

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. All reservations for both Christmas & New Year functions will be held as
provisional for a period of no more than ten days pending the receipt
of written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
2. Full payment of the balance is required five weeks prior to the date of the
function. Any reservations which have not been confirmed by this date will
be deemed to have been cancelled and any deposit paid will be retained.
Full pre-payment is also required for any accommodation bookings.
3. All reservations for the Christmas & New Year breaks will be held as provisional
for a period of no more than ten days. A non-refundable deposit of 25%
(of the total package price) is required within this ten day period, with the
balance due six weeks prior to arrival.
4. In the event of any function or package having to be cancelled by the hotel,
an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
5. A cancellation charge of the amount received by the hotel or part thereof will
be made in the event of all or part of the booking being amended or cancelled
by the client.
6. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices
of the events or packages.
7. The prevailing party in any litigation under this agreement is entitled to recover
their costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees.
8. If any invoiced sum due under this agreement remains due and owing for
28 days then the party to which the sum is owed will be entitled to recover
their legal fees of £100.00 plus VAT or such higher amount as may be agreed
or assessed by the court and any sum provided for under the Late Payment of
Commercial Debts (Interest) Act.
