Everything included in this rider is necessary for the Artist’s performance and is an integral
part of the contract.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT
The options of international transportation(s) must be discussed between the ARTIST and the PROMOTER,
but the PROMOTER can only buy the trips with ARTIST’s authorization.
The ARTIST agrees to send to the PROMOTER all the information on the travel party.
LOCAL TRANSPORT | TRANSFERS
The PROMOTER will provide for and pay for all local transport of ARTIST from point of arrival, to hotel, to
venue and back.
The transport must be clean and spacious enough for the whole crew (9 people), personal luggage and gear
according to the list below.

MEALS
The PROMOTER shall ensure and pay for good quality hot meals on the day of the show.
The meals must be “à la carte” and include:
- starter
- soup
- main course of meat and fish
- dessert
- drink (at least 02 soft drinks and water per person | wine of good quality)
- coffee and tea
A buy-out is acceptable where there is no provision for the above. The value per person should be discussed
in advance with the ARTIST.
Note:
- Lunch for 3 people: technical crew + tour manager
- Dinner for 9 people: artist + musicians + technical crew + tour manager
ACCOMMODATION
The PROMOTER agrees to provide, at no cost to the ARTIST, 1 double (with king size bed) and 8 singles
with continental breakfast and Wi-Fi access included at a 4 star hotel (minimum).
The hotel should be as close to the venue as possible.
The PROMOTER cannot book the hotel without prior approval of the ARTIST.
Note:
- Please check the rooming list at the end of this rider and ask the hotel to fill in the document and include a
copy for each key packet’s crew member.
- Please make sure before booking the hotel that there will not be any kind of maintenance work that may
disturb the crew before midday (very important!).
SCHEDULES
The time schedules have to be agreed between the ARTIST and the PROMOTER.
The ARTIST will have a minimum of 240 minutes for set up and soundcheck and all the equipment
(sound, light and backline) must be ready to use at arrival time.
During the soundcheck the stage will be for the sole use of the ARTIST and the venue must be cleared of
any people not involved in current work on stage.
The doors cannot be opened without the TOUR MANAGER’s permission.

LOCAL CREW
The PROMOTER shall guarantee the following local support staff:
- 1 (one) production manager
- 1 (one) stage manager or tech director
- 1 (one) P.A. engineer experienced with the F.O.H. console
- 1 (one) monitor engineer experienced with the monitor system
- 1 (one) light engineer experienced with the Lighting system
- 2 (two) follow spot operators
- 1 (one) backliner
Note:
- The ARTIST’s sound technician will operate the FOH console and the monitor system.
SECURITY
The PROMOTER will ensure reliable and sufficient security for the ARTIST, ARTIST´s equipment and
baggage, stage area and backstage area at all times (arrival - curfew).
With exception of personnel directly involved with the running of the show, the stage and immediate
surrounding area must be cleared completely during the performance.
Note:
All members of the ARTIST’S crew travel with their own passes.
DRESSING ROOMS
The PROMOTER shall provide 2 (two) private, clean, comfortable, lockable and well-lit dressing rooms
suitable for 9 people.
ANA MOURA
This dressing room should be equipped with:
- sign on the door with “Ana Moura”
- private bathroom with hot and cold running water, toilet paper, towels and soap (for exclusive use of the
ARTIST)
- AC hot & cold (turned off)
- steam iron and ironing board (in excellent condition | very important!)
- full body length mirror
- clothing rack
- table + tablecloths
- 2 chairs
- 2 hand towels
ANA MOURA - MUSICIANS
This dressing room should be equipped with:
- sign on the door with “Ana Moura – Musicians”

Note:
- The keys of the dressing rooms should be given to the tour manager upon arrival of the technical crew. If
the dressing rooms are not lockable, the PROMOTER ensures the security for the ARTIST’s personal
belongings.
- The access to the dressing rooms must be direct (without passing through the audience).
- A free Wi-Fi connection in the dressing rooms is also required. Please give the password to the TOUR
MANAGER upon arrival (important!).
CATERING
The PROMOTER agrees to supply, at no cost to the ARTIST, the following:
ANA MOURA (set up 30min prior to Artist’s arrival)
For 1 person:
- 2 sandwiches on wholemeal bread and without onions (e.g.: tuna, salmon or turkey)
- tuna paste
- wholemeal crackers
- fresh fruits: only bananas, grapes, apples, pears or watermelon
- non sparkling mineral water (room temperature)
- chamomile, melissa or linden tea (no black or green tea)
- local sweet wine or liqueur
ANA MOURA – MUSICIANS (set up 30min prior to musicians’ arrival)
For 8 people:
- 20 assorted sandwiches (cheese, ham, turkey, roast beef, etc.)
- assorted salty snacks
- meat & cheese tray
- assorted fresh fruits
- 24 small bottles of non sparkling mineral water (room temperature)
- 08 small bottles of non sparkling fruit juices (cold)
- 12 Cokes (cold)
- 08 bottles of local beer (cold)
- 02 bottles of good quality red wine + corkscrew
- coffee and tea
No t e:
- Please also supply: plates, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee and tea cups and napkins.
- As an alternative to separate caterings there could be just one catering table placed in a common area
close to the entrance of both dressing rooms.

ANA MOURA - TOUR MANAGER + SOUND ENGINEER + LIGHT ENGINEER
Please provide the following request for each person of the technical crew at the backstage area upon their
arrival:
- vegetable soup
- some sandwiches
- 6 small bottles of non sparkling water (room temperature)
ON STAGE
Please supply 12 small bottles of non sparkling water (room temperature).
GUEST LIST
The ARTIST shall be entitled to 10 complimentary guest tickets for each performance.
The seats must be in preferred locations.
The ARTIST will notify the PROMOTER in advance with the final number required, the balance of which may
be placed for sale.
MERCHANDISING
The ARTIST reserves the right to sell or make arrangements to sell merchandise bearing the ARTIST’s
name or likeness.
The PROMOTER agrees to provide at no extra cost a well placed area with a large table and a chair. Please
show the area to the TOUR MANAGER upon arrival for approval.
A merchandise seller fluent in the local language as well as English may be necessary for the show.
PRESS | PROMO
PUBLICITY
The PROMOTER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials in all advertising
as provided or approved by the ARTIST.
No product, service or publication using the name or likeness of the ARTIST in any other way may be
produced, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the ARTIST.
The PROMOTER shall not commit the ARTIST to any personal appearances, interviews, or any other type of
promotional obligation without prior written consent of the ARTIST.

BILLING
It is agreed and understood that all billing, advertising and publicity has to read in bold block lettering: ANA
MOURA. There are to be absolutely no alterations to this.
SUPPORT ACTS
Any and all opening acts must be approved by the ARTIST in writing prior to the performance date.
SPONSORSHIP
The PROMOTER agrees that the ARTIST’s name or likeness is not to be connected in any way with any
form of sponsorship or endorsement of any kind without the prior written agreement of the ARTIST.
RECORDING | BROADCASTING
No recording, either audio or visual, may be made of ARTIST’s performance by any method whatsoever
without prior written consent of the ARTIST.
No transmission by radio, television, closed circuit, direct wire, film or any other method whatsoever may be
made without prior written approval from the ARTIST.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY

The ARTIST allows the PROMOTER and the authorized press to record only the 2 , 3
(with no flash).

The PROMOTER will give the TOUR MANAGER before the soundcheck a list with the contacts of all
authorized press that will be at the venue and will notify the number of video cameras to make sure the FOH
can make the audio connections to the sound system in time for the show.
Note:
- Please also send by e-mail the final list of authorized press that was at the venue to the PRESS
PROMOTER (inescristovao@sonsemtransito.com).
- The set list will be provided by the TOUR MANAGER only on show day.
CLIPPING
The PROMOTER shall send to the PRESS PROMOTER copies of all press, previews, promotional material
and reviews relating to the ARTIST or the performance.
