The 6000 Series scopes boast high performance, up to 5 GS/s sampling, 500 MHz bandwidth and 2 GS buffer. They are flexible, allowing them to be used as an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, serial decoder, or high-speed data acquisition interface. The software makes full use of the full-sized display, disk storage, user interface and networking built in to your PC.
