DEHUMIDIFIER USER MANUAL

Please read this manual before use.

CAUTION

1." DO NOT BLOCK VENTILATION "! Please keep everything away from the inlet and outlet ventilation.

2. Operate this unit on a flat horizontal surface to avoid water leak.

3. DO NOT operate this unit in an explosive or corrosive atmosphere.

4. The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations.

5. Clean air filter periodically to enjoy the most efficient dehumidify.

6. This unit needs at least 3 Amps of electricity to have its heater kicked in. To avoid the household electricity block out, please do not use any extension cord for this unit.

7. This unit is for indoor use only.

8. DO NOT place objects on top of the unit.

9. DO NOT use the unit without the AIR FILTER.

10. DO NOT unplug the unit if your hands are wet, Electrical shock could occur.

11. DO NOT carry the unit while it is operating.

12. DO NOT unplug the unit unless you have stopped the unit by press the “power” key and make sure the motor fan is stopped.

13. When the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer , its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

15. The devices should be installed at minimum distant of 50CM from the wall or other obstacle.

16. Unplug the appliance before cleaning.

CONTROL PLATE DESCRIPTION

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. POWER KEY Press to turn unit “ON” or “OFF”.

2. FAN SPEED Press the key to select fan speed “HI” or “LOW”.

3. TIMER a. Press the key to timer setting desired (1~24 hour).

b. Once the set time has come to an end, the unit will turn off automatically.

c. Pressing the “POWER” key before the set time has been reached will cause the set time to be cancelled when the unit turns off.

Press the key to set the humidity desired (RH60%,65%,70%,75%,80%, CONTINUOUS,40%,45%,50%,55%).

4. When the room humidity is less than the set humidity within 5% then the compressor will turn off automatically , until the room humidity is higher than the set humidity by 5% again.

TANK FULL

If this indicator illuminates, it means tank is full of water, and unit will operate with the fan only (The compressor will stop running automatically,) until the tank was empty

PRECAUTIONS

1. The operational temperature range for this unit is 5-35 ℃.

2. If the dehumidifier does not start (the operational light does not illuminate) or the dehumidifier makes intermediate stop for unknown reasons, please check the plug and power supply for a poor connection. If the plug and power supply are in normal condition, wait for 10 minutes and restart the unit (because take about

10 minutes to reset). If the unit still does not starts in 10 minutes, please contact your local retailer for repair.

3. When the dehumidifier is in operation, the running compressor will produce heat and make the room temperature higher. This is normal..

USE OF WATER STORAGE TANK

1. Please unplug the stopper before starting the unit. (See Fig.01)

2. When the water tank is full, the water lever indication lamp will light and the unit will stop working. Please plug the drain hose using the stopper first and then take out the water tank to empty the water. (See Fig.02)

3. Install the empty water tank back to its position and unplug the stopper. Then the unit can continue its operation.

CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE

When you want to use this function, please take out the rubber drain stopper, and plug in a discharge water pipe in.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION

1. Do not locate on a floor with a soft oruneven surface when the unit is in operation to avoid occurrence of vibration and noise.

2. Never insert any slim rod or hard object into the unit body to avoid occurrence of hazard or unit failure.

3. During power off or when not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power cord from the outlet.

4. For a better dehumidifying effect, the areas in front and rear of the unit should be clear and free from obstacles, which will block the air flow for the unit.

5. Clean the filtering net once every two weeks (never use alcohol, gasoline or hot water with a temperature above 40 degrees C.
