1. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve. 2. Tighten the bolt on the handle sleeve. 3. Before use, remove the shipping screw and check the oil level. 4. Pump the handle 6 to 8 full strokes. 5. Raise and lower the unloaded saddle to check the pump's operation.

1. Engage the emergency brake and chock the unlifted wheels to prevent movement. 2. Locate the vehicle's approved lifting point and center the jack saddle under it. 3. Pump the handle to contact the lift point and then lift to the desired height. 4. Immediately transfer the load to appropriately rated jack stands.

1. Raise the load high enough to clear the jack stands. 2. Carefully remove the jack stands. 3. Slowly open the release valve by turning the handle counter-clockwise. 4. If the load fails to lower, use another jack to raise the vehicle, remove the malfunctioning jack, then lower the vehicle with the functioning jack. 5. Fully lower the saddle to protect the ram from rust and contamination.

For adding oil, remove the vent screw and fill the reservoir until the oil level is approximately 3/16" above the inner cylinder. For changing oil, drain the fluid, clean the reservoir, and refill with fresh hydraulic jack oil.

Check the release valve to make sure it is tightly closed. Ensure the load is not exceeding the jack's capacity. If the problem persists, contact Omega Technical Service.

Check the reservoir for overfilling and drain if necessary. Ensure the linkages are not binding and lubricate moving parts as needed.
