Press and hold the 'C' button until the message window displays 'C' and the default day is announced. Follow the prompts to enter the correct day, hour, and minute settings.

Press and hold the record button until you hear a beep, then speak into the microphone. Release the button when you are finished recording.

When the system answers a call, the caller will hear your announcement followed by a beep. After the beep, the system will begin recording the caller's message.

To play all messages, press and release the 'P' button. To play new messages only, hold down the 'P' button for about two seconds until the system begins playing.

To delete all messages, hold down the 'D' button until the system announces 'Messages deleted'. To delete selected messages, press and release the 'D' button while the desired message is playing.
