Stainless Cabinet

Optical Cable Cross Connecting Cabinet (hereafter named OCC) is used to connect the fiber trunk cable and the distribution cable between  the interface devices, which has the import of cable, fastness, grounding protection, welding, jumping (distribution), storage, switching and  other functions. With a high versatility in the optical route, especially for fiber optical communication system into a central office trunk  cable and distribution side, can achieve the fiber optic lines linked, distributed and transited easily. 

Product feature

·Cabinet is made of high strength stainless steel, protection class IP65, high intension,corrosion‐resistant, all weatherproof and can resist  accidental damage or malignant destruction. With double‐layer structure, filled with non‐combustible and a better insulation effect of the  molding quartz glass wool in the middle, greatly enhanced the cabinet effect of heat insulation, and flame‐retardant properties 

·All cabinet corners using a dedicated rounded mold forming, surface treatment using drawing or electrostatic spray, aesthetic appearance. 

·The special cabinet inside and outside gas convection channel can prevent water vapor coagulation effectively

·Three‐point locking pins, safety and reliability.

·Closed cabinet structure, supply the cable terminal and distribution with physical protection, prevent the optical fiber cable from  accidental damage.

·Cable entrance from the rack at the bottom and be fixed, grounding and protection.

·Equipped with an integrated fiber‐optic splice wiring module set fiber fusion welding, pigtail to accommodate and distribution all in one,  easy to use and maintain. Card installed FC, SC adapter, the adapter was 30 ° row of cloth, which ensures that the fiber bending and a half  by ≥ 40mm, avoiding the laser burns the human eye and optical fiber connectors to be injured when scheduling the roots. with a clear  fiber‐optic distribution sign.
