To pair your mobile phone with the Sena 20S, turn on the headset and press the Phone Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately. Then, search for Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone. Select the Sena 20S in the list of devices detected on your mobile phone. Enter 0000 for the PIN. Some mobile phones may not ask for the PIN.

To make a phone call using the Sena 20S, you can either enter the number on your mobile phone's keypad or use the voice dialer on your phone. Once the number is dialed, the call will be transferred to the headset.

To connect to the intercom with another rider using the Sena 20S, first you have to pair the two headsets together. You can do this by following the instructions in the user's guide.
