禁止
●壁掛け金具を使ってプロジェクターを壁に設置する場合、壁はプロジェクターと、壁掛け金
具を支える十分な強度が必要です。設置の前にプロジェクターの質量と、壁掛け金具の質量
を確認のうえ、壁の強度を確認してください。強度不足の場合、十分に補強してください。
プロジェクターが落下しけがの原因となることがあります。
●地震や振動などによる落下を防止するため、設置の際はワイヤーなどによる落下防止の対策
を行ってください。プロジェクターが落下しケガの原因となることがあります。
正しくお使いいただくために
●プロジェクターの吸気口から壁まで50cm以上、排気口から壁まで1m以上離して設置して
ください。排気の影響で故障の原因となることがあります。

●スクリーンは固定されている平面なものをお使いください。また、壁面などへ投写する場合、
凹凸、湾曲があると映像が正しく映らないことがあります。

⿟⿟壁掛け金具の中央ラインとプロジェクターの投写画面の中央ラインは同じではありません。図のように壁掛け金
具取付用シートに印刷されているCTRラインをプロジェクター投写画面の中央ラインに合わせるようにしてくだ
さい。
⿟⿟投写部分が壁のどこにあるか確認して、必要に応じて位置を上下左右に動かしてください。

設置には、以下の点にご注意ください。落下したりケガの原因になることがあります。
●この壁掛け金具を使ってプロジェクターを壁に設置する場合、壁はプロジェクターと、壁掛け金具を支
える十分な強度が必要です。設置の前にプロジェクターの質量と、壁掛け金具の質量を確認のうえ、壁
の強度を確認してください。強度不足の場合、十分に補強してください。
例）
金具の本体総質量は7.6kgです。プロジェクター（LV-8235UST）とこの金具の最大の合計質量は
約14kgです。
●壁への取り付けは壁の構造に合わせて市販のM12ネジを使用してください。M12のネジは同梱してお
りません。M12より小さいネジは使用しないでください。また、かならず4ヶ所以上でとめてください。
絶対に木ネジは使用しないでください。

■ 落下防止ワイヤをプロジェクターに取り付ける
プロジェクターの落下を防止するために、同梱の落下防止ワイヤをプロジェクターと取付金具に接続して
ください。
① ‌同梱の落下防止ワイヤをプロジェクターのセキュリティーバーに図のように通してください。

③ ‌ワイヤの端を図のように壁掛け金具についているネジ（Ｍ4ｘ10）で壁掛け金具の下のところに止めて

Warning
Make sure the followings when you install and handle the ceiling attachment. Otherwise, it may result
in fire, electric shock or injury.
● Make sure to prepare stable scaffolding when installing the ceiling attachment.
● Make sure to fully insert the power plug and connectors when connecting the projector.
Never use a damaged plug or loosen outlet.
● Do not drop this attachment or place heavy objects onto it. In particular, be careful not
to let children hang from the attachment.
● Be sure to tighten screws for the wall attachment securely and never loosen or remove
them.
● Never look into the lens (projection window) when adjusting the projection because a
high-intensity light is projected from the projector.
● Never attempt to modify this attachment.

Caution
Make sure the followings when you install and handle the ceiling attachment.
● Make sure to ask a specialist or sales office if you want to install the ceiling attachment.
An inappropriate installation may cause an accident.
● During projection, never put an object in front of the projector’s lens
(projection window).
● Be sure to install the attachment to a vertical wall. Do not install it to a sloping wall.
If this is not observed, accidents or operating problems may occur.

● When using the wall attachment to install the projector to a wall, make sure that the wall is
strong enough to support the combined weight of the projector and the wall attachment.
Before carrying out installation, check the weight of the projector and the weight of
the wall attachment, and then check the strength of the wall. If the wall is not strong
enough, provide it with sufficient reinforcement.
If this is not done, the projector may fall down and injury may occur.
● When installing the projector, take appropriate measures using wire or other means to
prevent falling due to an earthquake or other vibration. Otherwise, the projector may fall,
causing injury.
To Use the Projector Properly
● Be sure to install the ceiling attachment so that there is at least 50 cm between the projector’s air intake vent and the wall, and at least 1 m between the air exhaust vent
and the wall.
● Use a flat, stable surface as the screen. In addition, if projecting onto a wall or similar
surface, the images may not be projected correctly if the wall is uneven or curved.

■ Installation Procedure
Install the wall plate to the wall
q Determine the position of the wall plate using the template sheet supplied with the wall attachment.
¡¡From the projection distance table (page 10) and dimensions (page 11), confirm the screen size and the distance
between the projection surface and wall plate.
¡¡The wall plate and the projection surface have different vertical center lines.
Align the CTR line (printed on the template sheet) with the center line of the projection surface as shown in the
illustration.
¡¡Confirm where the projection surface is on the wall, and shift the position vertically or left and right as necessary.

Take note of the following points during installation. If they are not observed,
the projector may fall down and injury may occur.
l When using the wall attachment to install the projector to a wall, make sure that the wall is strong
enough to support the combined weight of the projector and the wall attachment. Before carrying out
installation, check the weight of the projector and the weight of the wall attachment, and then check
the strength of the wall. If the wall is not strong enough, provide it with sufficient reinforcement.
Example: The total weight of the wall attachment is 7.6 kg. The maximum total weight for the
projector (LV-8235UST) and its attachment is approximately 14 kg.
l Use commercially-available M12 screws to install the wall attachment as required by the structure
of the wall. The M12 screws are not supplied with the wall attachment. Do not use screws which are
smaller than M12. In addition, be sure to secure the wall attachment in at least four places.
Never use wood screws to secure the wall attachment.

■ Installation Procedure

q Hang the setting plate hook onto the wall plate slits.

(Secure temporarily so that the adjustment mentioned on page 7 can be carried out.)

the 5 screws (M4 x 18) which are supplied.

w Remove the two bolts (for drop-prevention) from the setting plate. Loosen the four bolts located on
the top of the adjustment unit and set the projector with the adjustment unit onto the setting plate.

e Tighten the four bolts which were loosened to secure the projector to the setting plate. Attach the
two bolts (for drop-prevention) to the setting plate.

■ Installation Procedure

q Adjust the forward/backward slide
(Adjustable range: 0 - 180 mm)
¡¡Loosen the four bolts on the top of the adjustment
unit using a hexagon wrench (3 mm) and adjust the
slider of the adjustment unit. After the adjustment,
tighten the four bolts which were loosened.

¡¡Remove the left and right cover plates of the wall plate.
¡¡Loosen the four bolts A located inside the setting plate using a hexagon wrench (6 mm).
¡¡Adjust the vertical slide with the two bolts B located inside the setting plate using a hexagon wrench (6 mm)
(Adjust the left and right bolts so that their ends touch equally against the wall plate.)
¡¡Tighten the four bolts A which were loosened using the hexagon wrench (6 mm).
¡¡After adjustment, attach the left and right cover plates again.

■ Attach the drop-prevention wire to the projector
To prevent the projector from falling down, use the supplied drop-prevention wire to connect the
projector and the setting plate.
q Pass the supplied drop-prevention wire through the drop-prevention wire installation bar of the
projector as shown in the illustration.

e Secure the end of the wire at the bottom of the wall plate with the screw (M4 x 10) supplied with the

Die richtige Verwendung des Projektors

■ Installation
Installation der Wandplatte an der Wand
q Bestimmen Sie die Position der Wandplatte mit Hilfe der Schablone, die mit der Wandhalterung
mitgeliefert wird.
¡¡Bestimmen Sie mit der Tabelle des Projektionsabstands (Seite 10) und den Abmessungen (Seite 11) die
Bildschirmgröße und den Abstand zwischen der Projektionsfläche und der Wandplatte.
¡¡Die Wandplatte und die Projektionsfläche besitzen nicht die gleichen senkrechten Mittellinien.
Richten Sie die CTR-Linie (auf der Schablone aufgedruckt) auf die Mittellinie der Projektionsfläche aus,
wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.
¡¡Bestimmen Sie die Projektionsfläche auf der Wand und stellen Sie die Position in senkrechter und waagrechter
Richtung entsprechend ein.

l Vergewissern Sie sich bei der Installation an einer Wand, dass die Wand eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit
für das Gesamtgewicht von Projektor und Wandhalterung besitzt. Kontrollieren Sie vor der Installation
das Gewicht des Projektors und der Wandhalterung und die Tragfähigkeit der Wand. Bei ungenügender
Tragfähigkeit muss die Wand verstärkt werden.
Beispiel: Das Gesamtgewicht der Wandhalterung beträgt 7,5 kg. Das maximale Gesamtgewicht von
Projektor (LV-8235UST) und Wandhalterung beträgt ungefähr 14 kg.
l Verwenden Sie im Handel erhältliche M12-Schrauben, um die Wandhalterung an der Wand anzubringen.
Die M12-Schrauben werden nicht mit der Wandhalterung mitgeliefert. Verwenden Sie keine kleineren
Schrauben als M12. Die Wandhalterung muss an mindestens vier Stellen befestigt werden.
Zum Befestigen der Wandhalterung dürfen niemals Holzschrauben verwendet werden.

Sechskantschlüssel (6 mm) vor. (Stellen Sie die Schrauben links und rechts so ein, dass sie die
Wandplatte gleichmäßig berühren.)
¡¡Ziehen Sie die vier Schrauben A, die vorher gelöst wurden, mit dem Sechskantschlüssel (6 mm) fest.
¡¡Bringen Sie nach angeschlossener Einstellung die linke und die rechte Abdeckung wieder an.

■ Anbringen des Sicherungsdrahtes am Projektor
Um zu vermeiden, dass der Projektor herunterfallen kann, bringen Sie den mitgelieferten Sicherungsdraht
am Projektor und an der Einstellplatte an.
q Ziehen Sie den mitgelieferten Sicherungsdraht durch die Sicherungsdrahtbefestigung des
Projektors, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.
