DVR Setting ............................................................................................................. 39 ACMS 2 QUICK GUIDE Before this process, you need following items prepared. 1. Mobile DVR 2. Wifi Dongle (Provided by your DVR seller) Compatible model : IPTIME’s N100mini (Available with DVR seller) 3. 3G or 4G router 4. PC which ACMS is installed. (Please try to install the latest version of it. Ask your seller) Public ip address of office(for example. 124.137.23.66) A port should be opened to local IP of PC(for example 8012. You can open any port like 8000 or 7000. You can open a port at the Router of your office where ACMS is installed) Example, if your PC’s local IP address is 192.168.7.15, you need to access the local router of your office and open a port(8012) to 192.168.7.15. This will allow your DVR can access PC to send video. If you do not know your PC’s local IP address, Start Window Command Prompt and enter “ipconfig” to find out your PC’s local IP address. Also if you want to know the real IP address. Visit www.myipaddress.com then you can find out your real IP address to your router. So, you have to check…. 1. Your office’s real IP address 2. Your PC local IP address (124.137.23.66) Procedure 1. Plug the wifi dongle into the USB port of the Mobile DVR. ACMS 3 2. Go to the Network menu and then enter “WiFi” tap. 3. Search Wifi signal of the 3G or 4G router. ** your 3G or 4G router should be installed inside of vehicle and its power should be on. 4. Choose the signal of your 3G or 4G router. ACMS 4 5. Enter the password of the router to connect with it. 6. If the wifi dongle is connected to 3G or 4G router, you can see that the color of wifi icon on the main screen is turned blue and also you find a window which says “ESTABILISHED WIFI CONNECTION” like below. “ASSIGNED IP should be local ip of PC for ACMS. ACMS 5 Note : if the Router’s password encryption type is WEP, the password should be 13 digits. And encryption type is WPA, the password should be 8 digits. Example of Passwords. WPA : 12345678 WEP : 1234567890123 7. Go to ACMS tap at the NETWORK configuration of the DVR menu and enter Public IP address(for example, 124.137.23.66) and port(8012) which was opened for ACMS PC. You need to open port for PC which ACMS is installed. You can open port to PC from your office router at Port Forwarding menu. Please consult with your network engineer. This port forwarding is very important job for this remote viewing. You can use Dynamic IP address for C3004 model.(www.NoIP.com) C4004 doesn’t support Dynamic IP address. # Followings are samples of 3G router in the market. (Sim card is insert inside of USB flash). Mobile Service provider sell 3G or 4G routers with 2 years or 3 years contract with limited or unlimited data capacity. User should check the price and data capacity of data per each month. ACMS 6 8. Install ACMS software in your PC which you want to manage the videos from vehicles. 9. Go to Network Configuration and configure network information. Leave ACMS Server IP as “0.0.0.0” And enter the ACMS Server Port “8012” HTTP Server port is to connect with Mobile App “TouchCMS”. *You need to open a port(eg. 8012) to PC from your office router. Please connect with your router in your office and go to “Port Forwarding” menu to open a specific port to PC(ACMS) If you open “8012” from the router, following configuration would be right setup. For this job, you might need advice from your network engineers. Please get advice how to open a port from your router. 10. Following shows that there are two vehicles are connected with your ACMS. ACMS 7 Note: if it is not connecting the DVR, please disable the firewall of Window. For Dynamic IP address, Visit www.noip.com and make an account and create one ddns site. For example. ID is jiinbyeon of No-ip PW is ***********( Your own passwords) Dyn.com address : jiin7080.ddns.net 11. If you double click a vehicle which you want to video via 3G, the video will show up in a few seconds like below. ACMS 8 12. If you want see the video from your mobile phone, please download “TouchCMS” from the APP store(Apple) or Market(Android) and enter IP address. Our demo site is below. ACMS 9 1. PC System Requirement 1.1. ACMS Version This user manual is written based on ACMS version 1.15.6.2988. 1.2. PC requirement - The ACMS utilizes much resource from the computer as it draws data from multiple DVRs. The PC must sufficiently and efficiently manage the incoming data stream and real-time alerts from each DVR connected. Therefore, the PC must be equipped with a higher minimum requirement for its components and operating system. Also please download the latest Direct X software. Minimum Recommended OS Window 7 SP1 Window 8.1 CPU Intel i3 2.4GHz Intel i5 3.2GHz RAM 4GB (Free Physical Memory 500M) 8GB (Free Physical Memory 700M) Video Card DVI Compatible 2port DVR/HDMI compatible 4port Resolution 1920*1080 2 Monitor 1920*1080 4 Monitor DirectX DirectX 9 Support DirectX 11 support Network 100M Ethernet LAN 1Gbps Ethernet LAN (Free Resource 99%) HDD 10G of free space 10G of free space ACMS 10 2. ACMS First Start - As shown as below, Main screen will show with a map when the ACMS is started at first time. ACMS 11 3. ACMS Guide 3.1. Vehicle Monitoring - Check the vehicle’s status, events, GPS Log and so on. 3.1.1. Current Status - It is to check the current status of vehicle which ACMS is connected. 1. Press the Current Status icon from the Monitoring Menu Bar at the upper side of the Main window. 2. Following window will be appeared on the screen. 3. Select the DVR at the left side of the window to check the device status. Ex.) “C4004_0000” = Vehicle ID (Typed DVR name at the DVR device setup), “X55691E” = Host Name (Host name of the DVR which has connected to ACMS) ACMS 12 3.1.2. DVR Monitoring - Monitoring the DVR which has been connected to ACMS. 1. Check the connected DVRs by clicking the “Device List” button at the bottom of the Main Window. 2. Check the information of Vehicle ID, Connection Status, Last access time, Speed, Host Name, REC, GPS, Motion and Video Input in a single widow as following image. 3.1.2.1. Live Map Monitoring 1. Select the DVR from the Device list which you want to check. ACMS 13 1. Current location of the selected DVR will show on the Google Map at right side of the Main Window. 2. Able to zoom in & out the map at the location of the DVR by scrolling the mouse wheel. ACMS 14 3.1.2.2. Live Video Monitoring 1. Double click the DVR from the device list. 2. Video Monitor window with the Live Video of selected DVR will show as following image. 3. Check the Vehicle ID, Host Name, Speed, GPS N, GPS E information of DVR at the upper side of Live Video. 4. Select the DVR’s live video channel by clicking the icon at the upper side of Video Monitor window. ACMS 15 3.2. 1. Event Search Search the Event by filtering Vehicle ID, Event, Class and Calendar. Double click the event from the Vehicle Event List of Main Window. 2. Status of selected event will appear as following image. ※if the vehicle is inside of tunnel or in the city with tall building, the GPS information would not be available when the event occurs. Also many electronic device inside of vehicle could influence to GPS. 1. Click “Device Information” to get information of DVR which event occurs. ACMS 16 3. Close the window by selecting Confirm button after Event status check. Or check the Live Video of the Event occurred DVR by clicking Live-View button. (Please refer “4.1.2.2. Live Video Monitoring” for the information about Live Video Monitoring) 4. Confirmed Event will be checked at the Vehicle Event List of Main Window. ACMS 17 ACMS 18 3.2.1. Event Calendar 1. Select Vehicle Event icon at the Monitoring Menu Bar of Main Window. 2. Following image of window will appear after selection. 3. Select the View mode from drop down menu at the upper right side of window. (Month View, Timeline View, Week View, Day View) 4. You can search with various condition (Host Name : Vehicle ID, Event, Class) ACMS 19 5. You can see the following window after clicking Search button. 6. By clicking Next Page & Pre. Page button, you can move to other search result. ACMS 20 3.2.2. Event Filter 1. Select the Vehicle Event icon at the Monitoring Menu Bar of Main Window. 2. Following image of window will appear after selection. 2. You can choose Views by dropping down the conditions (Month View, Timeline View, Week View, Day View) ACMS 21 - Month View - Timeline View - Week view - Day View ACMS 22 3.2.3. Video Loss Search 1. Select the Video Event icon at the Monitoring Menu Bar of Main window. 2. Following image of window will appear after selection. 3. After selection of filter (Host Name : Vehicle ID, Channel) at the drop down menu, start search by clicking Search button. 4. Switch the result page by clicking Next Page. & Pre. Page button at the bottom of window. ACMS 23 3.2.4. Motion Detection Search 1. Select the Video Event icon at the Monitoring Menu Bar of Main window. 2. Following image of window will appear after selection. 3. After selection of filter (HostName : VehicleID, Channel) at the drop down menu, start search by clicking Search button. 4. Switch the result page by clicking Next Page. & Pre. Page button at the bottom of window. ACMS 24 3.2.5. Event GPS log Search 1. Select the GPS Log icon at the Monitoring Menu Bar of Main window. 2. Following image of window will appear after selection. 3. If you choose the date from the calendar at the left side of window, time would be shown with green color. And then the location of vehicle could be displayed if you choose the data of time. ACMS 25 4. Following image of result will appear after clicking Search button. Result shows the start location, arrived location and real-time GPS information by marker. Each marker show time information by putting the mouse point on the marker and Alarm occurred GPS location will show it as Alarm marker. ※Description for marker : Vehicle location at the time of the certain search. : Location where an event occurs. ACMS 26 3.3. Multi-Video Monitoring - To watch video from many different DVR units. You can setup it at the live of main configuration for this Multi-Video Monitoring. (Refer “3. ACMS Setup.) 3.4. Software Setting - You can change setup of ACMS and DVR which is connected to ACMS 3.4.1. ACMS S/W Setting 1. Choose Settings at the Main window. 2. Enter ID and PW to configure the setting. - Default ID: admin - Default Password: 000000 (Please refer to “4.4.2. User Password change”) ACMS 27 3. After login, following mage of Network configuration window will pop up. 3.4.1.1. Network - You can check the information of ACMS Network and also change it. 1. ACMS IP : Network IP address which DVR will connect for ACMS software. (if you set as 0.0.0.0, it means ACMS accepts all access to the certain port.) 2. Use DDNS feature : Check when Public IP(Dynamic IP address) is used. 3. ACMS Port : Enter a port which is opened to PC for ACMS. (Default 8012) 4. Map Refresh time(second) : Designate the map refresh time at the main window. ACMS 28 - General Setting information for ACMS 1. Alarm Popup : Popup setting for all alarm. 2. Alarm on Video loss : To set alarm for video loss. 3. Alarm on Rec Stop :To set alarm when the recording is stopped. 4. Alarm on Motion detection: To set alarm when there is motion detected. 5. Video loss title : To set title when there is video loss. 6. Rec Stop Title : To set title when there is Rec Stop. 7. Motion detection title : To set title when motion is detected. 8. Hide Map : To decide the use of map at the main window. 9. VxBackup interlock : if VxBackup program is installed, it is to set interlocking with the program. 10. Backup time offset(Minute) : To change the backup time when it is interlocked with VxBackup. It backup the data from the beginning time of the event to a certain time. ACMS 29 3.4.1.2. Device - - This is to check the device which should be managed and also device information could be changed here. The serial NO. vehicle ID, Video type, Device model name, modem tel NO, modem serial no, company name, department name could be checked here. 1. Call for device connected: Call for the device connected and register at database. 2. Delete Device : Delete the device selected. ACMS 30 3.4.1.3. Video Setting - Here it allows you to change setup for fleet management. 1. Monitor : To choose a monitor or monitors for fleet management. A. Choose one of monitor and then tick “Enable”. 2. Video split mode : Choose the video split of monitor. 3. There are 9split, 12split, 16split, 25split, 30split and 49 split. 4. Information : Choose device, channel and transmitting time(update time). ACMS 31 3.4.1.4. Video Storage (Still cut) To save the screen of fleet management software. - Continuous Capture : it save the video cuts continuously at the designated path. - Enable : To decide whether the user enable of saving of the fleet management video. - Path : To choose the saving path. - Capture type : To choose the capture type. (Channel is only available) - Image format : To choose the image format. png, jpg or bmp. ※ For this feature, it is not manage the hard disc space so the user should check the space of HDD and control of it if it is used for a long period of time. ACMS 32 3.4.2. User Password Change. 1. Select Change Password icon at the Setting Menu Bar of Main Window. 2. Type the user ID and Password at the login window to enter the Password Change window. - Default ID: admin - Default Password: 000000 3. Type the new password to change the setting at the following window. - old password: Type the old password - new Password: Type the new password to change - Confirm: Re-type the new password to confirm Press “OK” button to change after fill out all sections. ※ “OK” button won’t be activate if the new password and confirm section doesn’t match. ACMS 33 3.4.3. Language Change 1. Select Change Password icon at the Setting Menu Bar of Main Window. 1. Choose a language which you want to use. 2. English and Korean are only available right now. ACMS 34 3.4.4. Show/Hide 3.4.4.1. Live Map 1. Hide/Show the Live Map by clicking following icons (red square marked). 2. Live Map will hide as following image by clicking above icons. 3. Show the Live Map instantly by putting the mouse point over the Live Map button or fix the map by clicking the button. ACMS 35 4. Press one of those buttons to stay in Main Window. 3.4.4.2. Floating map 1. Click the “Floating map” button to float map on the screen or cancel the floating. 2. If you click it, the map would be detached from the main window like below image. ACMS 36 3.4.4.3. Menu Bar 1. Press the triangle button at the upper right side of the Main window. 2. Menu Bar will hide as following image by clicking the button. ACMS 37 3. Press above triangle button again to stay in Main Window. 3.4.4.4. Device List & Status List 1. Select the pin image icon located at upper right side of Device List and System Status from the Main Window. 2. Device List and System Status window will disappear after selection of above pin button. ACMS 38 3. To replace the windows, click the pin image icon after press Device List and System Status button at the bottom of Main Window. 3.4.4.5. ACMS Version - Check the version of ACMS from the upper tab of the software window. Or also able to check the version of ACMS by pressing the “ACMS” button at the upper left side of the Main Window. 3.5. DVR Setting 3.5.1. DVR Setting 1. Select the Device icon at the Setting Menu Bar of Main window. 2. VSetup wil be executed after clicking.(Refer to VSetup Manual) ACMS 39 END . ACMS 40
