You can change the room setpoint by using the STE-8001 or STE-8201 sensor. Press any button on the sensor, enter Password 1 if required, then use the up and down buttons to adjust the desired temperature. Finally, press the button to save the new setpoint.

A minimum shaft length of 2.0 inch (51 mm) is required for mounting the SimplyVAV controller.

The SimplyVAV controllers support Modulating, Floating, Time Proportional, and Staged reheat configurations. You can choose the desired reheat type during the configuration process.

Connect the sensor to the RJ-45 thermostat and sensor jack on the controller. The controller automatically detects the type of sensor connected.

The SimplyVAV controllers can be connected to the following sensors: STE-6010 , STE-8001, STE-6014 , STE-8201, STE-6017.

The maximum cable length for connecting sensors to the controller is 75 feet.

The DAT sensor is used for automatic changeover between heating and cooling modes, and also for VAV terminal units with reheat. You can enable or disable DAT limiting and use it for reheat control during the configuration process.
