To reset the FC-300 to its factory settings, turn off the device. While holding down the up and down pedals, turn on the power. The display will show "Factory Reset Are you sure?" Press WRITE. When the display shows "Factory Reset Completed!" turn off the FC-300. Power-up the FC-300 for use.
To change the Control Change numbers assigned to the pedals, press the MODE button repeatedly until the red indicator is lit next to CONTROL. Press the PARAMETER button once. This will show "PDL1:Assign CC#65" in the display. Press VALUE up or down to change the CC# number. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other pedals. Once you have made all of your desired changes, press WRITE. Press 5 or 6 to select a memory location (1-5) in which to store your new setup. Press WRITE twice to store the new settings into the FC-300's memory.
