Anwendung
Die Leitungsdurchführung Typ 8171 dient
als zünddurchschlagsichere elektrische
Verbindung zwischen zwei druckfest
gekapselten Gehäusen oder zwischen
einem druckfest gekapselten Gehäuse
und einem Anschlussraum einer anderen
anerkannten Zündschutzart.

Utilización
Los pasamuros tipo 8171 son utilizados
como conexión eléctrica antiexplosiva
entre dos cajas antiexplosivas o entre
una caja antiexplosiva y un volumen de
conexión de un otro modo de protección
reconocida.

Diese Anleitung fasst kurz die wichtigsten
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zusammen. Sie
ergänzt die entsprechenden Vorschriften,
zu deren Studium das verantwortliche
Personal verpflichtet ist.

Hinweise zur Montage der Leitungsdurchführungen:

When
fitting feed-through
connectors
to a
connectors: protection type enclosure, the
Flameproof
requirements of IEC/EN 60079-1 must be
observed.
Beim Einbau der Leitungsdurchführungen
in Gehäuse der Zündschutzart Druckfeste
Kapselung sind die Bedingungen gemäß
IEC/EN 60079-1 zu beachten.
Die Anzahl der im Eingriff befindlichen
Gewindegänge muss mindestens 5 Gewindegänge betragen. Bei einem Gehäusevolumen ≥ 100 cm³ muss die Einschraubtiefe mindestens 8 mm betragen.
Die Gewindebohrungen, in welche die
Leitungsdurchführungen
eingeschraubt
werden, müssen die Mindestanforderungen nach Abschnitt 5.3, Tabelle 3, erfüllen.
Die Leitungsdurchführungen werden von
der Innenseite des druckfesten Gehäuses
eingeschraubt und sind gegen Verdrehen
und Selbstlockern zu sichern (zum
Beispiel durch Sicherungsbleche oder
durch Verkleben der Gewindefläche).
Um die Stellung der Klemmenschlitze und -stellen auszurichten, sind
gegebenenfalls Abstandsringe zu verwenden.
Zudem sind beim Einbau der Leitungsdurchführungen die Luft- und Kriechstrecken entsprechend der Bemessungsspannung einzuhalten.
Durch eine zu große Wandstärke können
die Kriechstrecken auf einen nicht
zulässigen Wert vermindert werden; dies
kann durch Absenkung der Wandung
verhindert werden (siehe Skizze).
The number of threads available must be
at least 5. If the enclosure volume is
≥ 100 cm3 , then the thread depth must be
at least 8 mm.
The tapped holes into which the feedthrough connectors will be screwed must
fulfil the mimimum requirements of
Section 5.3, table 3.
The feed-through connectors are screwed
in from the inside of the flameproof
enclosure and must be prevented from
rotating or unscrewing (e.g. with a locking
plate or by gluing the threaded surface).
If necessary, use spacers to
align the terminal positions.
Further, when fitting the feed-through
connectors, the air gaps and tracking
distances must be related to the rated
voltage.
If the sides of the enclosure are too thick,
the tracking distances can be reduced to
an impermissible value. This can be
avoided by reducing the thickness of the
enclosure side (see sketches).

las anillas de distancia.
Además, durante el montaje de los
pasamuros, las distancias de aislamiento
y líneas de huida debe ser mantenidas en
relación con la tensión asignada.
Un espesor de pared demasiada
importante podría reducir las líneas de
huida a un valor no autorizada. Esto
puede ser impedido disminuyendo el
espesor de la pared (ver dibujos).
