Frequently asked questions

First, put the receiver in learn mode by switching off its power supply for 5 seconds and then switching it back on. Alternatively, you can press the programming button or the radio-controlled receiver switch. The receiver will be in learn mode for 3 minutes. Then press the programming button on the transmitter until the receiver acknowledges successful programming.

The maximum radio range is up to 25m outside and inside the building and up to 350m in the open.

If the wind speed rises above the preset wind threshold, the sun protection system is retracted and remains closed. The sun protection system is extended again if the wind speed remains below the preset wind threshold for approx. 15 minutes.

Use the sun threshold control switch to adjust the sun threshold values (approx. 5KLux to 100KLux). The sun threshold value can be set to 15 different levels. If you turn the control switch slowly, the tubular drive makes a clacking sound for each level.
