Frequently asked questions

You can adjust the setpoint with the potentiometer connected to the DI2 input. The setpoint changes between PSL (10KΩ) and PSL+PSR (0 Ω) proportionally. If POF=YES, turning the potentiometer to the minimum (0 Ω) will put the controller on standby.

The BIT25 B1S3E-B offers two automatic defrost modes: Timed defrost (DFM=TIM) and Optimized defrost (DFM=FRO). Timed defrost starts automatically at regular intervals defined by the DFT parameter. With optimized defrost, the timer is only activated when a condition for frost to form in the evaporator occurs.

The BIT25 B1S3E-B has various alarm functions including, high temperature, low temperature, door open, condenser temperature, and generic alarm. The alarm type can be customized depending on the user's preference.

You can remotely control the BIT25 B1S3E-B by connecting an external device to the DI1 or DI2 input. This allows you to start defrost cycles, trigger alarm functions, and activate the second parameter group.

The BIT25 B1S3E-B can be connected to a PC via an RS485 communication interface. This allows you to monitor and control the device remotely.
