Elektrischer Rückmelder

Ex-geschützt nach ATEX II2G IIB T6 X (optional)

1 Funktion

In Verbindung mit GEMÜ-Ventilen wird der Mikroschalter bei

Ventilstellung "offen" betätigt.

Neben der elektrischen Stellungsendlagen-Signalisierung ist zusätzlich eine optische Anzeige durch eine rote

Schaltnockenstellung gegeben.

Hinweis zu Index X:

Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen nur in Verbindung mit einem ATEX konformen Trennschaltverstärker der für den

Betrieb von elektromechanischen Schaltkontakten ausgelegt ist und für den eigene Betriebsanleitungen gelten.

Der elektrische Rückmelder GEMÜ 1215 ist so aufgebaut, dass er auf GEMÜ-Ventile über das im Antrieb befindliche Gewinde aufgebaut werden kann.

• Abdeckkappe oder optische Stellungsanzeige vom

Antriebsoberteil entfernen (Abdeckkappe aufgesteckt;

Schauglas der Stellungsanzeige eingeschraubt; Kontrollstift aufgesteckt).

• Elektrischer Rückmelder GEMÜ 1215 in Antriebsoberteil einschrauben.

• Steckerabdeckung des GEMÜ 1215 entfernen und Kabel durch PG-Verschraubung führen.

• Elektrische Leitung gemäß Schaltbild verdrahten.

• Steckerabdeckung wieder montieren und auf festen Sitz der

PG-Verschraubung sowie aller Dichtungen achten.

Der Kabelkopf ist stufenlos um 360° drehbar.

4 Zulassungen

Der elektrische Rückmelder GEMÜ 1215 ist in explosionsgeschützter Ausführung hergestellt.

Die ATEX-Kennzeichnung lautet:

Bestimmungsgemäßer Einsatz mit Prozessventilen deren

Öffnungs- / Schließgeschwindigkeit 1 m/s nicht übersteigt.

Metallische isolierte Komponenten sind anwendungsseitig geeignet mittels Ableitern an den Potentialausgleich anzubinden. (Siehe RL 1999/92/EG (ATEX 137), sowie nationale Bestimmungen).

Alle Arbeiten sind nur durch geschultes Personal im Sinne der Errichterbestimmungen für den Betrieb von Anlagen in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen und der RL 1999/92/EG

(ATEX 137) durchzuführen.

Die allgemeinen Sicherheitsbestimmungen für explosionsgefährdete Bereiche, sowie das GEMÜ Beiblatt zur

Betriebsanweisung gemäss RL94/9 EG sind zu beachten.

Electrical Position Indicator

Ex-protected acc. to ATEX II2G IIB T6 X (optional)

1 Function

When used with GEMÜ valves, the microswitch is activated when the valve is in the "open" position.

In addition to the electrical position signal there is also visual indication from a red cam via the transparent section.

Note on Index X:

Operation in potentially explosive atmospheres only in conjunction with an ATEX complying isolator amplifier that is designed for the operation of electromechanical switch contacts and for which separate instructions apply.

The GEMÜ 1215 electrical position indicator is designed so that it can be mounted to GEMÜ valves via a female thread in the actuator housing.

• Remove the protective cap (or an existing optical position indicator) from the upper part of the actuator (protective cap is a push fit). The position indicator is screwed in and its red indicator is a push fit.

• Screw the electrical position indicator GEMÜ 1215 into this thread in the upper part of the actuator.

• Remove the GEMÜ 1215 connector cover and guide the cable through the PG gland.

• Wire the electrical cables according to the wiring diagram.

• Re-fit the connector cover. Ensure a correct and tight-fitting of the PG gland and all seals.

The housing can be rotated through 360°.

The length of the actuating spindle varies according to the type and size of valve actuator on which the electrical position indicator 1215 is to be fitted.

4 Approvals

The electrical position indicator GEMÜ 1215 is manufactured explosion-proof.

The ATEX marking for external environment is: II2G IIB T6 X

Intended for use with process valves whose opening/closing speed does not exceed 1 metre per second.

Metallically isolated components have to be correctly connected to the potential earth by the user via charge eliminators (see directive 1999/92/EC (ATEX 137) and national provisions).

All work may only be carried out by trained staff according to construction regulations for the operation of plants in potentially explosive atmospheres and directive 1999/92/EC (ATEX 137).

The general safety regulations for potentially explosive atmospheres and the GEMÜ supplement to the operating instructions according to directive 94/9 EC must be observed.

Indicateur électrique de position

Antidéflagrant selon ATEX II2G IIB T6 X (en option)

1 Fonctionnement

Combiné aux vannes GEMÜ, le microcontacteur est actionné lorsque la position de la vanne est "ouvert".

Outre la signalisation électrique de position des fins de course, il comporte également un indicateur optique par la position d‘une came rouge.

Remarque relative à X :

Exploitation dans des atmosphères explosives uniquement combiné avec un amplificateur de sectionnement conforme

à ATEX destiné à l‘exploitation de contacts de commutation

électromécaniques et selon les instructions de son propre mode d‘emploi.

L’indicateur électrique de position GEMÜ 1215 est construit pour être raccordé sur des vannes GEMÜ à l‘aide du filetage situé sur l‘actionneur.

• Retirer le cache ou l‘indicateur optique de position de la partie supérieure de l‘actionneur (cache enfiché ; verreregard de l‘indicateur de position vissé ; broche de contrôle enfichée).

• Visser le dispositif électrique de réponse GEMÜ 1215 dans la partie supérieure de l‘actionneur.

• Retirer le cache connecteur du GEMÜ 1215 et passer le câble à travers le vissage PG.

• Connecter le câble électrique conformément au diagramme des connexions.

• Remonter le cache connecteur et veiller au serrage correct du vissage PG et de toutes les garnitures.

La tête du câble peut être librement tournée à 360°.

Utilisation conforme avec des vannes industrielles dont la vitesse d‘ouverture et de fermeture n‘excède pas 1m/s.

Côté application, les composants métalliques isolés doivent

être connectés à l‘équipotentielle par des conducteurs. (Voir

RL 1999/92/EG (ATEX 137), ainsi que les réglementations nationales).

Tous les travaux doivent exclusivement être exécutés par du personnel instruit conformément aux directives d‘installation pour l‘exploitation d‘installation dans des atmosphères explosives et à RL 1999/92/EG (ATEX 137).

Il convient de respecter les réglementations générales de sécurité pour les atmosphères explosives, ainsi que la feuille jointe au mode d‘emploi GEMÜ selon RL94/9 EG.

Teleindicatore elettrico di posizione

1 Funzionamento

Durante il posizionamento della valvola, il microinterruttore è azionato "aperto" insieme alle valvole GEMÜ.

Oltre alla segnalazione elettrica della posizione finale si ha anche un’indicazione ottica data dalla camma del contatore posizionata sul rosso.

Avvertenza sull’Indice X:

Funzionamento in aree a rischio di esplosione solo con un amplificatore di sezionamento conforme ATEX per l’azionamento di contatti di commutazione elettromeccanici e per il quale valgono le istruzioni per l’uso ad esso relative.

Il teleindicatore elettrico di posizione GEMÜ 1215 è strutturato in modo tale da poter essere montato su valvole GEMÜ mediante la filettatura posta sull’azionatore.

• Togliere la piastra di copertura o l’indicatore ottico di posizione dalla parte superiore dell’azionatore (piastra di copertura infilata; vetro dell’indicatore di posizione avvitato; perno di controllo infilato).

• Inserire, avvitandolo, il teleindicatore elettrico di posizione

GEMÜ 1215 nella parte superiore dell’azionatore.

• Togliere il coprispina del GEMÜ 1215 e condurre il cavo attraverso la chiusura a vite PG.

• Cablare la linea elettrica secondo lo schema elettrico.

• Montare di nuovo il coprispina e verificare il corretto alloggiamento della chiusura a vite PG e di tutte le guarnizioni.

La testa del cavo si può ruotare liberamente di 360°.

Utilizzo, in base alle disposizioni, di valvole di processo la cui velocità di apertura/chiusura non supera 1m/s.

I componenti metallici isolati sono adatti, dal punto di vista dell’applicazione, ad assicurare la compensazione di potenziale mediante i conduttori di massa. (Vedi Direttiva

1999/92/CE (ATEX 137) e disposizioni nazionali).

Tutti i lavori vanno eseguiti esclusivamente da personale addestrato secondo le disposizioni del costruttore per la gestione d’impianti in aree a rischio di esplosione e secondo la direttiva 1999/92/CE (ATEX 137).

Attenersi alle disposizioni di sicurezza generali per le aree a rischio di esplosione e all’allegato GEMÜ delle istruzioni per l’uso secondo la direttiva 94/9 CE.
