1. Verwendungszeck

Das Gerät dient der Überwachung Ihrer werkseitig angeschlossenen Ablufteinrichtung. Der Abluftstrom kommt nicht mit stromführenden oder metallisch blanken Bauteilen in Berührung.

APG.26.30-BL

Das Gerät ist geeignet, einen vorhandenen Abluftvolumenstrom von mindestens 30 m³/h zu überwachen.

APG.26.30-CL, - HL, -EL

Das Gerät ist geeignet, einen vorhandenen Abluftvolumenstrom von mindestens 20 m³/h zu überwachen.

APG.26.30-xx gemäß RL 94/9/EG (ATEX) und RL 2006/95/EG

2. Montage

APG.20.30-BL, -CL, -HL, -EL

Den beilegten Lüftungsstutzen aus Kunststoff auf den Abluftstutzen des Sicherheitsschrankes stecken.

Die Abluftüberwachung mit der Unterseite auf den montierten Kunststoff-Lüftungsstutzen aufstecken.

Verbinden Sie den Abluftstutzen an der Abluftüberwachung fachgerecht mit der bauseitigen Abluftleitung. Die Abluft aus dem Sicherheitsschrank wird dann in eine dafür geeignete Lüftungsanlage eingeführt.

3. Gerät in Betrieb nehmen

APG.20.30-BL, -CL, -HL, -EL

Stecken Sie das mitgelieferte Kaltgerätekabel in die Kaltgerätebuchse am Gerät und in eine vorschriftsmäßig geerdete Schutzkontaktsteckdose.

Die oberste grüne Meldeleuchte signalisiert, dass die Netzspannung anliegt. Die untere grüne

Meldeleuchte signalisiert, dass das die Überwachungsplatine funktionsbereit ist. Das Gerät ist für

Dauerbetrieb konzipiert und wird deshalb auch sofort nach dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers eingeschaltet. Beide grüne LED´s leuchten!

4. Abluftüberwachung/Bedienung

APG.26.30-BL

Die Abluftüberwachung mit integrierter Druckdose meldet bei einem Volumenstrom unter 30 m³/h eine Funktionsstörung, indem eine rote Kontroll-Leuchte aufleuchtet.

Die Abluftüberwachung mit integrierter Elektronik meldet bei einem Volumenstrom unter 20 m³/h eine Funktionsstörung, indem eine rote Kontroll-Leuchte aufleuchtet.

Die Abluftüberwachung mit integrierter Elektronik meldet bei einem Volumenstrom unter 20 m³/h eine Funktionsstörung, indem eine rote Kontroll-Leuchte aufleuchtet. Je nach Ort der Störung zeigt der eingebaute Störungslokalisator ob die Störung bauseitig oder schrankseitig vorliegt.

Zudem kann das Gerät diese Störung über einen eingebauten potentialfreien Alarmkontakt an eine zentrale Gebäudeleittechnik melden.

Die Abluftüberwachung mit integrierter Elektronik meldet bei einem Volumenstrom unter 20 m³/h eine Funktionsstörung, indem eine rote Kontroll-Leuchte aufleuchtet. Je nach Ort der Störung zeigt der eingebaute Störungslokalisator ob die Störung bauseitig oder schrankseitig vorliegt.

Zudem kann das Gerät diese Störung über einen eingebauten potentialfreien Alarmkontakt an eine zentrale Gebäudeleittechnik melden.

Ein eingebauter Akku ermöglicht einen akustischen Warnton bei Stromausfall.

Eine Digitalanzeige gibt genaue Auskunft über den aktuell anliegenden Volumenstrom in m³/h.

5. Anschlüsse / Reparaturen

Vor jeglichen Reparaturen ist der Netzstecker zu ziehen. Arbeiten an unter Spannung stehenden

Geräten ist verboten!

Lüftungsanschlüsse sowie Reparaturen an der Abluftüberwachung dürfen nur durch hierfür ausgebildete Fachkräfte ausgeführt werden. Im Schadensfall ist das Gerät durch den Hersteller zu reparieren oder auszutauschen.

6. Potentialfreier Schaltkontakt (nur bei APG.26.30-HL, -EL)

Um den potentialfreien Schaltkontakt zu verwenden, muss der mitgelieferte dreipolige Stecker benutzt werden. Angeschlossen werden an dem Stecker nur die beiden äußeren Klemmen! Intern wird ein Kontakt geschaltet (geschlossen) sobald schrank- oder bauseitig eine Störung oder ein Netzausfall vorliegt.

Der Potentialfreie Schaltkontakt darf nicht zum Schalten hoher Lasten verwendet werden. Er ist lediglich dafür vorgesehen eine Funktionsstörung (auch Stromausfall) der Abluftanlage durch eine Signalleuchte, Hupe o. ä. zu signalisieren!

1. Application

The purpose of this appliance is to monitor the factory fitted exhaust air system. The stream of exhaust air does not come into contact with electrically live parts or components with untreated metal surfaces.

The appliance is therefore suitable for monitoring an exhaust air volumetric flow of at least 30 m³/h.

The appliance is therefore suitable for monitoring an exhaust air volumetric flow of at least 20 m³/h.

2. Assembly

APG.20.30-BL, -CL, -HL, -EL

Insert the enclosed plastic ventilation nozzles onto the outlet connector. Plug the exhaust air monitoring onto the underneath of the installed plastic ventilation nozzles. Connect the outlet connector onto the exhaust air monitoring properly with the on-site exhaust air line. The exhaust air from the safety cabinet is then fed into a purpose made ventilation system.

3. Put into operation

APG.20.30-BL, -CL, -HL, -EL

Insert the electrical cable supplied into the appliance socket and the other end into a socket which is earthed according to the regulations.

The top green light indicates the presence of mains voltage. The bottom green light indicates that the monitoring electronics are ready. The appliance is designed for continuous operation and is therefore switched on directly after it is plugged into the mains socket. Both green LED´s light up!

Additionally the unit can report the failure to a central building control system over an integrated voltage-free switch contact.

An integrated rechargeable battery enables an acoustic warning tone in case of a current loss.

A three digit display gives exact information about the volume flow in m³/h.

5. Connections/repairs

Pull out the mains plug before attempting any type of repairs. Working on live appliances is forbidden!

Ventilation connections and repairs on ventilation equipment are only to be carried out by specialists specifically trained for this. Given damage the appliance is to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

6. Voltage-free contact switch (only for APG.26.30-HL, -EL)

The supplied three-pin plug is needed for using the voltage-free switch contact. Only the two external terminals are connected to the plug! Internally a break contact is switched (closed) as soon as a fault or mains failure is present at the cabinet or on site.

The voltage-free switch contact is not to be used for operating large loads. It is only envisaged for signalling a malfunction of the exhaust air system by means of a signalling lamp, horn and the like.
