Nichtsdestoweniger ist es notwendig, den Körper mit Sonnenschutzmittel einzureiben und ihm ausreichend Flüssigkeit zuzuführen. Denn die diffuse (indirekte) UVA-/UVB-Einstrahlung durch die Umgebung kann bis zu 50 % betragen. Menschen mit besonders empfindlicher Haut, erkrankte
Menschen, Menschen mit Fieber, erhöhtem Blutdruck oder Herzproblemen sollten vor einem Sonnenbad – ungeachtet des SKINCOM Sonnenzelts – in jedem Fall mit einem Arzt Rücksprache halten.

The SKINCOM solar tent provides good protection against sunlight, which can at times be harmful to the human body. Nonetheless, you should still apply sunscreen and stay hydrated with sufficient fluids. Diffuse
(indirect) UVA/UVB radiation through the environment can still equal up to 50 % of direct exposure. People with especially sensitive skin, people who are ill, who have a fever, elevated blood pressure or heart problems should always consult a physician before sunbathing, regardless of the use of a SKINCOM solar tent.

Precautions against fire
The fabric is flammable. Do not place any cooking devices or open lighting fixtures near the walls, the ceiling or the side walls. Observe the safety requirements for these devices.
Warranty / Liability
You are entitled to the statutory warranty claims for this item. During this period, we will remedy defects that are demonstrably due to material and workmanship defects and that significantly affect the item‘s performance. The warranty is provided by the exchange of the affected item or the defective parts at our discretion. We exclude any liability for breaches of our obligations due to negligence to the extent the breaches in question do not concern material contractual obligations, guarantees or losses that result from injury to life and limb or from injuries detrimental to health and to the extent claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to any breaches of duty by our vicarious agents. Exempt from the warranty are damages that occur as a result of a failure to follow the instructions for assembly and use, improper handling, normal wear and tear, weathering and defects which do not substantially affect the use of the item. The warranty is void if your item has already been serviced by someone other than us. Taking into account the aforementioned exceptions, the replacement is free of charge within the warranty period and will be performed exclusively by our service department upon presentation of your receipt. Alternative agreements must be made in writing.

La garantie s‘effectue, à notre choix, sous forme de remplacement, soit de l‘article concerné ou des pièces défectueuses.
