SYSTEM SPECIFICATION AND PERFORMANCE DATA SHEET

PureSource Ultra TM Ice & Water Filter System

APPLICATION GUIDELINES / CONDITIONS OF USE

Water Supply

Water Temp.

Municipal or well applications

Max. 100°F (38°C), Min. 33°F (0.6°C) - For cold water use only

Water Pressure 100 psi Max. 30 psi Min., as measured at the valve inlet

• The filter cartridge should be replaced at least every six months for the product to perform as advertised. Please refer to the Use and Care Manual for general operation and maintenance requirements. Your refrigerator will have an electronic light on the freezer door dispenser that lights up yellow when the filter is almost ready for replacement and lights up red when the filter must be replaced. The indicator is pressed for approximately 3-10 seconds to reset after replacing the filter cartridge. Please refer to the Use & Care Manual for complete instructions. Flush new cartridge for 3 minutes.

• Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected waters that may contain filterable cysts.

• While testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions, actual performance may vary. High sediment areas may require more frequent filter cartridge replacement.

• PureSource Ultra TM Water Filter System will absorb bad tastes and odors in both ice cubes and drinking water.

PERFORMANCE DATA

MODEL: PureSource Ultra TM Use the replacement cartridge ULTRAWF.

The PureSource Ultra TM system with the ULTRAWF cartridge has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 42/53 for reduction of the substances listed below. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in NSF/ANSI 42/53.
