Achtung - Wichtig!
Bei der Inbetriebnahme des Saugers befindet sich das Gerät sofort
im Stand-by-Modus, sobald es am Stromnetz angesteckt ist. Der
am Gerät befindliche Ein-/Ausschalter dient nur zum manuellen
Starten des Gerätes im Dauerbetrieb.
Um eine Beschädigung des Motors zu vermeiden, darf der Sauger
nicht länger als 30 sec. im verdichteten Zustand betrieben werden.
Dies würde geschehen, wenn Sie das Gerät mittels Ein-/Ausschalters starten ohne, dass ein Saugschlauch eingesteckt ist.

Wichtige Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Bei jedem Einsatz von elektrischen Geräten sollten stets die grundlegenden Sicherheitsvorsorge beachtet werden.
• Lesen Sie alle Vorschriften, bevor Sie den Einbaustaubsauger in Betrieb nehmen.
Hinweis:
Die BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger sind SEV-geprüft und tragen folgende Prüfsiegel:

Achtung:
Vor jeder Reparatur am Einbaustaubsauger sollte das Elektrokabel aus der Steckdose gezogen werden.
Warnung:

Halten Sie das Anschlusskabel stets von heißen Flächen fern.
Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug und sollte entsprechend behandelt werden. Falls dieser Einbaustaubsauger von Kindern oder
in deren Nähe benutzt wird, erweist sich die ständige Aufsicht als erforderlich.
Setzen Sie den BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger nur für Zwecke ein, die in diesem Handbuch beschrieben sind.
Die Verwendung von Zubehör, welches vom Hersteller nicht empfohlen wurde, kann Brände und elektrische Schläge
verursachen, die Verletzungen zur Folge haben können.
Vor Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten ist grundsätzlich der Netzstecker zu ziehen.
Wenn die 230 V -Anschlussleitung des BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsaugers beschädigt wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller
oder seinen Kundendienst oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Ziehen oder tragen Sie den BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger nicht am Netzkabel. Das Netzkabel darf nicht als Handgriff
benutzt werden. Auch darf das Kabel nicht über scharfe Kanten oder Ecken gezogen werden!
Vermeiden Sie es, den Stecker am Kabel aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Ziehen Sie immer direkt am Stecker, nicht am Kabel!
Stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in die Saugsteckdosen. Blockierte Steckdosen nicht benutzen! Halten Sie Öffnungenfrei
von Staub, Fusseln, Haaren und allen Dingen, die zu einer Undichtigkeit führen könnten und die Saugkraftbeeinträchtigen
können.
Vermeiden Sie es, mit den Haaren, dem Gesicht, den Fingern und mit losen Kleidungsstücken in die Nähe von
Saugöffnungen zu kommen !
Saugen Sie keine glühenden Zigaretten, heiße Asche, brennende Streichhölzer oder ähnliche Materialien auf! Aschesollte
nur bei Verwendung eines Vorabscheiders („Ash -Pot“, Art. Nr. 2211) aufgesaugt werden.
Benutzen Sie den BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger ausschließlich mit dem serienmäßig eingesetzten Filter!
Berühren Sie keinesfalls den Stecker, das Elektro-Kabel oder den Staubsauger mit nassen Händen! (Stromschlaggefahr)
Auch beim Einsatz auf nassen Flächen können Sie einen elektrischen Schlag bekommen !
Gehen Sie beim Reinigen von Treppen besonders vorsichtig vor !
Verwenden Sie den BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger nicht, um entflammbare oder brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie Benzin
aufzusaugen und auch nicht in Bereichen, in denen solche Stoffe vorhanden sein könnten! Grundsätzlich dürfen keine Flüssigkeiten aufgesaugt werden.
Vermeiden Sie das Aufsaugen von Baustaub, Mörtel oder Zementresten. (Es empfiehlt sich, das Gerät erst nach Abschluss
sämtlicher Bauarbeiten in Betrieb zu nehmen).
Zum Abschalten stellen Sie alle Schalter auf AUS und ziehen anschließend den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
Es ist grundsätzlich zu beachten, dass der Anschluss nur an einer fachgerecht geerdeten Steckdose erfolgen darf.

von hinten auf den Filterbag - wie in der rechten Abbildung dargestellt.

Stromversorgung
Elektro-Installation des BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsaugers
Der BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger wird ca. 130 cm über dem Boden mit der Wandhalterung (in die das Gerät eingehängt
wird) an der Wand befestigt, so dass der Schmutz behälter bequem entfernt werden kann. Für eine ausreichende Motorkühlung müssen mindestens 20 cm Abstand zwischen Gerät und Decke gegeben sein. Nachdem Anbringen des BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger sind die Niedervoltkabel abzuisolieren und in die beiden „Aufsteckklemmen“ einzuquetschen. Das Niedervoltkabel (0,75 mm Querschnitt, 2-adrig) soll für eine Stromspannung von 24 Volt geeignet sein.
Achtung:
Das Gerät befindet sich, sobald es am Stromnetz angesteckt ist, im Stand-by - Betrieb.
Der manuelle Ein-/Ausschalter am BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger ist nur zum Starten des Gerätes im Dauerbetrieb für
Testzwecke einzuschalten. Alle anderen Saugdosen funktionieren automatisch, wenn der Saugschlauch eingesteckt
wird. Die Standardeinstellung für diesen Schalter ist auf „AUS“.
Elektroanschluss
Die vor Ort geltenden Bestimmungen sind zu prüfen und das mitgelieferte Netzkabel ist zu verwenden. Das Kabel des
BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsaugers in eine abgesicherte Steckdose stecken und sicherstellen, dass die Volt-Spannung
gemäß technischer Tabelle abgesichert ist.
Verwenden Sie für das Gerät eine 16 Ampere Sicherung Typ „B“
und für das Geräte BVC-S 800 eine 16 Ampere Sicherung Typ „C“.
Anweisungen zur Erdung
Der BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger muss geerdet werden. Er verfügt über ein Kabel mit Geräte erdung und Erdungsstecker. Der Stecker ist in eine ordnungsgemäß nach den vor Ort geltenden Bestimmungen und Verordnungen
installierte Steckdose zu stecken.
Achtung:
Wird der Geräteerdungsleiter nicht ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen, kann es zu elektrischen Schlägen kommen.
Falls nicht sicher ist, ob die Steckdose ordnungsgemäß geerdet ist, muss der Anschluss von einem qualifizierten
Elektriker überprüft werden.

Niedervoltkabel – Anschlussschema
Die 24 Volt Steuerleitungen zu den einzelnen Saugdosen sollen in Reihe geschaltet werden. Das Durchschleifen von
der ersten bis zur letzten Saugdose benötigt weniger Steuerkabel. Es ist ebenfalls möglich, jede Saugdose mit einem
separaten Kabel anzuschließen und diese am Zentralstaubsauger zusammen zu fassen. Ein von der Saugleitung getrenntes Verlegen der Steuerleitung (z. B. in einem Kabelkanal) mit anderen 230 Volt oder Starkstromleitungen kann
zu Fehlfunktionen der Staubsauganlage führen.

Fehlersuche
Teilweiser Verlust der Saugkraft
Beginnen Sie mit der einfachsten unter Punkt 1 beschriebenen Maßnahme
1. Überprüfen Sie den Schlauch auf Verstopfung.
2. Prüfen Sie die Dichtung am Schmutzbehälter aus Dichtigkeit.
3. Öffnen Sie den Schmutzbehälter. Falls der Filterbag von ist, tauschen Sie ihn gegen einen neuen aus.
4. Lösen Sie das Saugrohr mit der Verbindungsmuffe vom Ansaugstutzen des Gerätes. Schalten Sie das Gerät
manuell ein und testen Sie von Hand die Saugkraft am Ansaugstutzen. Wenn der Motor ausreichend Saugkraft entwickelt, ist die Funktion des BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsaugers in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, zwecks präziser
Messung der Saugkraft unbedingt ein Unterdruck-Messwerkzeug zu verwenden.
5 Zur Lokalisierung der Verstopfung in der Saugleitung gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
• Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und erzeugen Sie mit geschlossenen Steckdosen einen Überdruck.
• Gehen Sie zu der dem Gerät am nächsten installierten Luftsteckdose und prüfen Sie, ob ausreichend Saugleistung
vorhanden ist. In dem Falle, dass Sie keine ausreichende Saugleistung feststellen können, öffnen Sie von Hand die
Saugdose, indem sie den Deckel mehrmals kurz öffnen („pumpen“). Verfahren Sie gegebenenfalls so an allen
weiteren Dosen, bis das Problem gelöst ist. Für die jeweilige Test phase sollte der BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger
nicht länger als jeweils ca. 2-3 Minuten im verdichteten Zustand (alle Steckdosen sind geschlossen) eingeschaltet
bleiben, um eine unnötige Motorüberlastung zu vermeiden.
• In dem Falle, dass mit der vorbeschriebenen Testmethode die Beseitigung der Verstopfung nicht gelingt, verfahren
Sie gemäß Punkt 6.
6. Um das Hindernis im Rohrsystem zu entfernen, demontieren Sie den BVC/EBS-Zentralstaubsauger (oder verwenden einen anderen Staubsauger), tragen ihn zu der problematischen Saugdüse und saugen von dort „rückwärts“ das Hindernis heraus. Ist dies nicht möglich, verfahren Sie bitte nach Punkt 7.
7. Führen Sie vorsichtig eine Reinigungsspirale in das Rohrsystem ein und schieben Sie das Hindernis durch.
8. Wenn keine der Methoden anspricht, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte! Wir werden Ihnen helfen das Problem zu lösen.
Der Motor startet nicht
• Versuchen Sie es mit dem Handschalter am Gerät. Wenn damit der Elektroantrieb eingeschaltet wird, aber nicht die
Anschlüsse, liegt das Problem beim Niederspannungstransformator, Relais oder der Niederspannungsinstallation.
• Wenn das grüne Kontrolllämpchen leuchtet, ist die Stromversorgung in Ordnung. Lässt sich der Motor nur mit dem
Handschalter manuell starten und nicht durch Einstecken des Schlauches, so dürfte ein technisches Problem wegen
eines fehlerhaften Relais oder eine unterbrochene Niederspannungsinstallation an den Steckdosen vorliegen.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Niedervoltkabel an den einzelnen Steckdosen fest sitzen.

To replace the filter bag open the holding clamps of the dirt vessel and remove them.
Remove filter bag:
Always use both hands to detach the filled filter bag from the board flange. Draw horizontally in direction of the pipe socket. Never draw vertically downward.
Insert new filter bag:
Put the new filter bag on the flange as far as it will go by pushing the filter bag from
backwards (see picture)

Connecting to the mains
Please pay attention to the following basic principles:
Power supply (AC) and voltage at the operation point must comply with the details on the type plate
which is located at the electronic box of the BVC unit.
Connect the appliance with a properly earthed fused plug and socket only.
• connect the appliance with a properly earthed fused plug and socket only. The socket must be fused with a 16 A/B/C
fuse (depending on BVC type) and must be easily accessible. If you are not sure, whether the socket is properly installed and earthed, have it checked by a qualified electrician. Otherwise danger of electric shock hazard.
• Use only the supplied earthed cable and plug.
• Connect the low- voltage cable to BVC unit:
On the reverse side of the electronic bo you will find the plug connection and in it the plug for the low-voltage cable.
Remove insulation from a low-voltage cable (2-wired, with 0.75 mm dia) and fix the two wires of the low-voltage cable
with the little plug screws to the plug; polarity does not have to be considered (inducted current). The low-voltage cable must comply with the current specifications of your country for this voltage.
• Important:
Never, on no account connect any inlet valve to the mains ! Only by inducted current (secondary)
through the low-voltage cable the inlet valves must get the connection with the BVC unit.
• The inlet valve on the BVC unit starts with pushing the on/off switch of the BVC. All other inlet valves start automatically when the hose is plugged in, through the lowvoltage electrical impulse.
• To avoid undue electrical consumption a time switch can be installed before the appliance.
• Provide for sufficient motor cooling by mounting the BVC unit at a distance of at least 20 cm from ceiling and walls
Attention! Important!
When put into service and connected to mains, the vacuum cleaner is immediately operating
in standby mode. The on / off switch at the unit is used only for starting the unit manually in
continuous operation.
In order to avoid damage to the motor, the vacuum cleaner must not be operated with compressed engine for more than 30 seconds. This is exactly what would happen if you start the
unit with the on / off switch without a vacuum hose is plugged. It is imperative to avoid this.

can be removed easily. It is fixed to the
wall with the sound absorbing installation set which comes with the unit. For
sufficient motor cooling make sure to have at least a distance of 20 cm between
top of appliance and ceiling.

Troubleshooting
Partial loss of the suction power
Start with the simplest operation, described in point one.
1. Check to see if the hose is clogged.
2. Check to see if the dust container is tightly shut.
3. Open the dirt container. If the filter bag is full, change it.
4. Remove the suction tube from the induction socket at the housing of the motor. Switch on the vacuum cleaner by
hand and check the suction power at the induction socket. If the motor produces enough suction power, the
function of the motor is all right. For precise measurement of the suction power use a vacuum gauge.
5. In order to find out where the tube system is clogged, proceed as follows:
• Switch on the motor and produce underpressure by keeping the sockets closed.
• Go to the nearest induction socket and see if there is enough suction power. If the suction power is lower than
normal, close and open the lid of the socket several times. This has a pumping effect. If necessary, do the same
at the other induction sockets until the problem is solved. When testing the suction power, underpressure (all
sockets are closed) shouldn‘t be maintained longer than for 2 - 3 minutes in order to avoid an unnecessary
overload of the motor.
• In case the problem can‘t be solved by the above method, proceed to point 6.
6. In order to remove the object clogging the tube system, you can suck it out of the problem socket using any vacuum cleaner. Of course you can also carry your vacuum cleaner to the socket where suction power is too low.
If the method does not help, proceed to point 7.
7. Insert a cleaning worm into the tube system and push out the object clogging the tube.
8. If none of these methods works, contact BVC. We will help you to solve the problem.
The motor does not start
If the small green lamp is on, the power supply is all right. And if the vacuum cleaner can be started by the switch at the
housing of the motor, the reason of the problem is the lowvoltage transformator, the relay, or the low-voltage installation. First you should check to see whether the low-voltage cables are fixed to the sockets correctly.
If necessary, contact your local BVC distributor partner.
