BEFORE FIRST USE
Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before using the appliance for the first time
HAND BLENDER
The hand blender is intended for :
■ blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes .
■ mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
■ pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit
2. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredinents
3. Switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.
4. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
CLEANING
■ Unplug the appliance and detach the accessories before cleaning .
■ The blade unit of the blender bar and the mixer attachment can also be cleaned while still attached to the motor unit by immersing them in warm water with some washing-up liquid and letting the appliance run for a while wipe the motor unit and the mixer attachment unit with a moist cloth .
■ Do not immerse the motor unit and the double drive unit in water .
MIXER
Mixer attachment can be use for whisking desserts, egg white, etc..
Please insert the beaters to the mixer attachment.
Please put the ingredients into a large bowl.
Note: For better results, pls use large bowls.
Please insert the mixer attachment into the ingredients and turn the unit on at speed I to prevent the splashing of the ingredients.
After approximately 1 minute, pls press switch II to use it faster.

BIG CHOPPER USE
How to use the chopping knife
Application: Chops raw and cooked vegetables (onion, coleslaw, pepperoni, etc .)
Fruits (e.g. apples)-Meat (cooked or raw)-Nuts
Make sure that the four notches of the plate match the protrusion of the bowl .
Place the chopping knife (G) on the spindle of the bowl.
Put the food (meat, vegetable, fruit, etc) into the bowl (incl. Chopping knife). Most foodstuffs enlarge their volume when they are ground, therefore we recommend that you do not fill the bowl more than half .
Place the transmission unit on the bowl .
Place the hand mixer without excercising too much pressure on the transmission shaft
(L)and switch your Hand mixer onto 2nd speed.
Note: You can use the staninless steel slicer to slice cheese, carrot, potatoe, pumpkin, cucumber, cabbage, beet and onion. You can use the stainless steel shredder to cut the potatoes in julienne style to slices hard ingredients for salad for garnish and vegetables which will be fried. You can still use the stainless steel schredder for schredding cheese, carrot, potato and the food with same structure.
Always use the pusher(M) to add additional foodstuff through the feed tube. Fill the feed tube completely. If not filled sufficiently, vegetable pieces may block the appliance.
Never reach with your fingers or with any hard utensils (spoons, knives, bones, etc) into the feed tube!
Do not use the unit continuously more than 30 sec. Please let the unit rest for at least
2 min. The action must not be more than 5 cycles.
RECIPES FOR THE CHOPPING KNIFE
CHOPPED SOUSED HERRING (4 PERSONS)
8 soused herring fillets ,1 onion, 1 red apple
1 tablespoons of lemon juice , 1 small gherkin
Chop all ingredients roughly . Cut the herring into pieces of approx. 3 cm, Clean and quarter the onions , core the apple and cut it into pieces, cut the gherkin into halfs .
Insert the chopping knife into the bowl, fill in all in-gredients and chop until the desired consistency is reached .
CHOPPED BEEF (4 PERSONS)
INGREDIENTS:
400 g tender beef , 4 egg yolks (fresh)
1 onion , 2 tablespoons of capers , Salad leaves , salt , pepper
Cut the meat into pieces of approx. 3 cm. Insert the chopping knife into the bowl , fill in the meat and chop finely. Arrange the meat in portions on the salad leaves and push a hole into the top. Give one egg yolk in each hole .
Clean the onion and cut in into pieces, chop the pieces in the bowl (Chopping knife )
Garnish the chopped meat with the chopped onions and capers.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
The knife and all other work tools are very sharp !
Please pay attention when handling the knife.
Persons who are not familiar with the hand mixer are note allowed to operate it.
Keep out of the reach of children when using and storing . Never let the appliance standing in an easily accessible place.
Always place the appliance on a flat surface, do not put the appliance on hot surfaces or near open flames .
CLEANING
Please switch off the appliance and pull the plug out before cleaning.
Do not touch the sharp chopping blades.
Handle, chopping cover, gear box, beaters and blades must be cleaned with a wet cloth and than must be dried with a dry cloth.
Clean the appliance as soon as you have finished working .
The synthetic parts may become discoloured by certain foods or spices (i.e. carrots, radish etc.)
All parts except the transmission unit are dishwasher proof .
Kindly store your Chopper in a dry place ,out of reach of children .
IMPORTANT RULES
The transmission unit is not watertight and should never be immersed in water or washed in the dishwasher, kindly clean the unit with a damp cloth or rinse it for an instant under running water .
Do not work longer than approx. 3 to 5 minutes .

* Cihazı durdurmadan sürekli olarak çalıştırmayınız, motor aşırı ısınabilir. Her 1 dakika da bir cihazı kapatınız ve motorun soğuması için en az 1 dakika bekleyiniz. Hareket 3 turdan fazla olmamalıdır. Fazla hareket motor soğuduktan sonra yapılmalıdır. Eğer yapılmazsa, motor hasar görebilir.
* Parçalarını söküp takmadan önce veya kullanım esnasında hareketli olna parçalara yaklaşmadan önce cihazı kapatınız.
* Keskin bıçakları tutarken, hazneyi boşaltırken ve temizleme esnasında çok dikkatli olunmalıdır.
Cihazı kullanırken, blenderi yiyeceğe sokmadan çalıştırmayınız. Blender yüklü değilken cihazı 20 saniyeden fazla çalıştırmayınız. Motoru aşırı ısındırarak hasar vermekten kaçınınız.

Cihazın fişini prize takmadan önce cihazın üzerinde belirtilen voltajla evinizdeki voltajın aynı olduğundan emin olunuz.

Doğrayıcıyı 2 dakikadan fazla çalıştırmayınız, motor soğuduğu zaman çalıştırmaya devam ediniz.

BLENDER KULLANIMI
Blender yiyecekleri kıymak veya karıştırmak için kullanılır. Genel olarak: sıvı karıştırmak soslar, meyve suları ve çorbalar gibi, yumuşak malzemeleri karıştırmak veya bebek maması karıştırmak içindir.
Blender bıçağını gövdeye takınız, sıkıca vidalayınız ve kilitleyiniz.
Cihazın fişini prize takınız. Sıçramadan kaçınmak için, cihazı çalıştırmadan önce blenderi malzemelerin içine sokunuz.
Karıştırma kabını sıkıca tutunuz ve çalıştırma düğmesine veya turbo düğmesine basınız. Karıştırdığınız sıvı malzemeler blenderin bağlantı kısmına girmemelidir.
Blenderi aşağı ve yukarı doğru hareket ettiriniz.
Kullandıktan sonra lütfen fişini prizden çekiniz ve aparatı sökünüz.
UYARI:
Sıcak tencereyi ateşin üzerinden alınız ve gövdenin aşırı ısınmaması için tencere ısısının 70 derecenin altına düşene kadar bekleyiniz.
Eğer blenderi yalnız bırakacaksanız ve söküp takmadan ve temizlemeden önce daima fişi prizden çekilmelidir.
Çocukların blenderi yakın gözetim olmadan kullanmalarına izin vermeyiniz.
MİKSER KULLANIMI
Çırpıcıları kullanacağınız zaman, iki çırpıcıyı Şekil: 3 'te görüldüğü gibi adaptörüne sıkıca takınız. Daha sonra çırpıcı takımının takılı olduğu adaptörü Şekil: 4 'te görüldüğü gibi motor birimine sıkıca vidalayınız ve kilitleyiniz. Cihazın fişini prize takınız.
Haznenin üzerinde sıkıca tutunuz ve çalıştırma düğmesine basınız. Kullandıktan sonra fişini prizden çekiniz ve adaptörü ve çırpıcı takımlarını sökünüz. Yüksek randıman için iki çırpıcıyı birlikte kullanınız. Çırpıcı sürekli olarak 1 dakikadan uzun süre kullanılacaksa turbo konumunda çalıştırılmalıdır.
DOĞRAYICININ KULLANIMI
* Parçalama bıçağını hazne tabanın ortasında bulunan milin üzerine yerleştiriniz.
* Cihazı hazne kapağı üzerindeki yuvasına sabitleyiniz.
* Kapağı kapatınız. Sıkıca vidalayınız ve kilitleyiniz.
* Cihazın fişini prize takınız. Hazneyi sıkıca tutunuz ve çalıştırma düğmesine basınız.
* Yiyecekleri besleme borusunun içine koyunuz.
* Cihazla işleminiz bittikten sonra, fişini prizden çekiniz ve aksesuarlarını sökünüz.
* Sürekli olarak 30 saniyeden uzun süre kullanılmamalıdır, en az 2 dakika
dinlenmelidir.
Doğrayıcı, et, peynir, sebze, vanilya, ekmek, bisküvi, fındık, vb. gibi besin maddelerinde kullanılır. Kahve tohumu, buz kübü, baharat veya çikolata gibi aşırı sert malzemelerin üzerinde kullanmayınız. Bıçaklara zarar görebilir.
• Etin kemiklerini ayırınız ve 1-2 cm boyunda küçük parçalar halinde kesiniz. En fazla bir seferde 350 gr. et konulabilir.
DİLİMLEME RENDELEME
Dilimlemeveya rendeleme işlemini yapmak için;
• Disk taşıyıcı milini (S) haznenin içindeki orta milin üzerine yerleştiriniz.
• Taşıyıcı diskin üzerindeki yatağına isteğinize göre rendeleme veya dilimleme bıçağını yerleştiriniz.
• Rendeleme veya dilimleme bıçağını yerleştirdiğiniz taşıyıcı diski, taşıyıcı milin (S)
üzerine yerleştiriniz.
• Haznenin kapağı kapatınız. Sıkıca vidalayınız ve kilitleyiniz.
* Cihazı hazne kapağı üzerindeki yuvasına sabitleyiniz.
* Cihazın fişini prize takınız. Hazneyi sıkıca tutunuz ve çalıştırma düğmesine basınız.
* Dilimle veya rendeleme tercihinize göre yiyecekleri besleme borusunun içine koyunuz ve itici ile hafifçe içeri sürünüz.
• Cihazı kullandıktan sonra, fişini prizden çekiniz ve aksesuarlarını söküp temizleyiniz.
NOT:
* Dilimleyici diskini peynir, havuç, patates, kabak, salatalık, lahana, pancar ve soğan dilimlemek için kullanabilirsiniz.
* Jülyen/Patates cipsi diskini jülyen tarzı patates, salata için sıkı malzemeler, garnitürler ve kızartılacak sebzeleri dilimlemek için kullanabilirsiniz.
* Rendeleme diskini peynir, havuç, patates ve benzer yapıda yiyecekler için kullanabilirsiniz.
TEMİZLEME
Temizlemeden önce, cihazı kapatınız ve fişini prizden çekiniz.
Keskin parçalama bıçağına dokunmayınız.
Şeker kamışı gibi bazı malzemeler haznenin plastik yüzeyinin üzerinde renk bırakabilirler. Bunu temizlemek için hafifçe yağa batırılmış bir bez kullanabilirsiniz.
Tutacak, Doğrayıcı kapağı, dişli-kutusu, çırpıcı ve kesiciler
İlk önce ıslak bir bezle temizleyiniz ve sonra kuru bir bezle kurulayınız.
Suyun içine sokmayınız veya aşındırıcı temizlik maddeleri ile temizlemeyiniz.
Blender, parçalama bıçağı, karıştırma kabı ve haznesi
Karıştırma kabının içine yarım bardak su koyunuz, az miktarda deterjan ilave ediniz ve
çırpıcıları suya sokunuz ve mikseri çalıştırınız.
Fişini prizden çekiniz, kurulayınız.
