The Model 800 Industrial Juice Press

Designed with high-volume cider and/or juice producers in mind. The rotating “cassette” design eliminates the need to remove/replace bags between press cycles. Simply slide out the Juice Collection Pan, rotate the cassette, and dump the pomace/cake into the waste collection pan. A sanitary valve, fitted to the juice pan, allows quick and easy transfer of juice to a sanitary bucket or hopper.
